Ok so in episode 8 of Mcsm, Ivor goes and, most likely, looks for Harper. But the thing is, he hasn't been shown in the picture for season 2. Maybe the reason Lukas isn't in it either is because Ivor took the atlas before he left. Maybe Lukas went to go find Ivor and Petra went with Jesse to the other world. Just a theory. I might be wrong but yeah lol
