The baby Japan was holding is Baltimore at 3 months, and the little girl is Sapporo, who is almost 4 in this comic. Her human name is Michiko (It means beautiful wise child), which is why America called her Mich.
I don't have a human name for Baltimore, but I like Tracy (like Tracy from Hairspray, which takes place in Baltimore), Linda (Most popular girl's name in America in 1951, the year she was born), or Cecilia (After the founder of Baltimore, Cecil Calvert).
