Michael decided to walk to school. He felt like it was a nice day and instead of driving, he would enjoy the life he had. No matter how crappy it is or was, he wanted to live it until he eventually has to leave it.

He walked into the hallways of the school, everyone staring at him as he walked passed.
He didn't mind.
All that he cared about right now was finding Jeremy. I mean, sure he has a disease that was caused by his crush for Jer, but that doesn't stop him from hanging out with him.

Soon enough he saw the tall teen sitting at a table in the courtyard. Jeremy, noticing him, waved to him as Michael raced towards him, smiling as he sat down next t to Jere.

"Sup Jeremy," he smiled at the tall boy.

"Hey Michael! How are you doing," Jer responded back excitedly.

"Woah, whats got you up in a twist? Something up that I don't know about?"

"Wellll, I got into another play with Christine! Surprised they let me back in ever since I almost enslaved the whole school with Squip zombies, but that doesn't matter! I can talk to Christine more! I think she's starting to like me!"

"That's great Jeremy! I hope you I won't need to stand in front of everyone again just to save you again you nerd," Michael said, feeling his throat clog up once more.

"Thanks Michael! I got to go to Math, but see ya at lunch," Jeremy said as he headed off with his backpack. Michael just waved, and when Jere was out of sight he opened up his backpack and spat the flower petals out of his mouth.

Disgusting, Mich thought as he zipped of this backpack and headed to English, Why do I even do this to myself? I just want to not be a freak by Jeremy. How would he even react that his best friend is coughing and throwing up flower petals. Nothing, he won't notice cause he's never gonna find out. Its fine Michael, he likes you as a friend...

Right?

It was the end of school.
Jeremy walked out of Art and into the theatre where practice was being held. He sat onto a random seat, flipping the cushion down before putting his backpack on his lap. He looked at the front, Boyf was still labeled onto it when Rich was bullying him before the whole Squip incident.
He smiled before grabbing his homework and started to work on it. He was a bit early than everyone else so he had time to spare. Eventually he finished a page when students started showing up.

Christine excitedly ran to Jeremy, plopping down next to him and looking up.

"I'm so excited!!!"

"O-of course you are! You are the theatre queen of the school! Why wouldn't you be?"

"I know but this one is extra special! I heard they are changing it up by someone customly made one for us to perform! I hope it really is good."

"Me too!"

Soon a new theatre director came in. Ever since the Squip incident, Mr. Reyes got fired for the production he put on. So they hired a new one. A male with a his hair tied up and a collared shirt.

"Good afternoon Middle Borough productions! We are gonna actually start rehearsing lines! Before we start! I am Mr. Crow and I will be your new director and I hope you all do well, let's start! Now Jake, who is my assistant for now, will be telling you your roles and giving you the script! The production we will be putting on is customly handwritten for us called 'Broken Memories.' It is a drama/comedy/romance filled play. It's about a boy name Daniel who is tries to find love in a hate filled town until he meets a kind girl named Fiona. However Fiona is cursed that makes flower petals grow out of her body, mostly out of the mouth. They find true love as obstacles hit them in every way. Now that that's done, please line up and get working! I will help you if you need to and please work! Looking at you Rich, heard what happens between you and Jake. Split!"

Everyone got up and headed to Jake. Getting their parts and roles, some already started working. Jeremy got the role of Daniel, which he felt proud to actually have. He started going through and highlighting the parts he has. A few minutes pass before getting scared by a hand on his shoulder. He turned to see Michael giggling as the reaction.

"Michaellllll stop," he groaned.

"What, why are you here?"

"I told you I'm in the play?"

"Dude, it's 6 o'clock. Everyone is gone," Michael chuckled again. Jere looked around to see Michael was right, everyone was gone, even Christine.

"Shit you're right, give me a walk home," he asked, packing his bag as he got a nod from Michael. They headed out the door to see the sunset.

"Woah! Look at that view," Jeremy said as they  started walking to Jeremy's house.

"Yeah," Michael said before coughing violently.

"Dude you okay," Jere asked as he looked back at Mich.

"Y-yeah man, I'm fine," he responded.

Jeremy didn't even look back at the trail of flower petals.
