• Make sure your snack isn't bad for you. You can take some berries as a snack
• They are healthy and delicious at the same time

Ride your bike go on a jog or take a stroll in your nearby park:
• No matter what the weather is outside, you should get some fresh air. It is also a good way to stay active

Don't eat right before you go to bed. Make sure you eat 2-3 hours prior going to bed. Before you jump into the shower/bed make sure to get some kind of exercise. I usually do some push-ups and sit-ups before
