Author's Note.

I find this very cliche and Very stupid but I've had this story for a while. And One of my friends encouraged me to upload it. I absolutely love the song up above.☝ And I think it fits perfectly with the plot and I'll of course add the song in more romantic chapters as well, because why not?

Enjoy.

"Cassidy, What are you thinking about?" I looked up, as I made eye contact with my therapist, Mr. Anderson. I hate going to therapy, they make me talk even though they understand well that I have social anxiety. Then again, were not In a very social situation. Just me and My Therapist. I don't necessarily hate him but I don't like him neither.

I just hated talking I guess. I hate socializing over all, I would like to socialize with people, but the problem is that most of the time I get so anxious I can hardly speak. I stutter so much they look at me like If I'm from planet mars.

Mr. Anderson is my therapist. He's ok to talk to now that I've been his patient for about 2 years. The first 13 days, my mom had to come with me, otherwise I'll freak. I remember when I was alone with Mr. Anderson for the first time, I didn't get as anxious as before, but I just stood there without moving from my position. I couldn't even answer his questions.

I still suffer from my condition, but I have gotten better. I don't have panic attacks anymore, unless I'm the center of attention. I do get anxious when somebody tries socializing with me, I try answering back, but most of the time I stutter way too much. I could talk normally to close relative's, or people I talk to a lot. Like Mr.Anderson. I don't stutter In front of him anymore. Neither my mom and relative's Of courses. But I would rather just read and fan girl over fictional characters while listening to my favorite bands.

"I'm reading," I answered back. I'm honestly very difficult to talk to sometimes and right now is one of the worst times, this book is just way too good. Mr. Anderson, had his clipboard in his hand and wrote something Mysterious. Eh. I'm very curious about what he wrote but somehow, I don't care.

He looked back up at me after finishing writing the notes he took. "Ok, how have you been since Our last meeting?" His tone sounded fragile, like if he was scared my ears might bleed if he talked to loud.

"I have been Great," I looked back down at my book, Hopefully he won't interrupt my reading again.

He sat there looking at the book I was reading, with his legs crossed. He looked serious.

"How's school, Cassidy?" I didn't want to answer that question, because he knew how It was, I told him the same answer every time I visited.

"It's ok," That's what I say, Everytime someone asks me how school was,'it's ok.'

I went back to my book, for The 5th time.

"You know I can't help you If you don't answer my questions," He stared at me looking very annoyed, He had arm's crossed, with his legs as well. That's when I know he's getting tired of this whole situation.

"I Do Answer your questions, I just don't answer them specifically," I didnt even bother to look up, I kept on reading my book.

He picked up his clipboard again, Did I do something wrong? He brought it back down on the small side table that was placed besides him. "Can you answer more specifically then, Cassidy?" I let out a sigh, It's the only way I can get out faster...Right?

"Ok, I will," He smiled for the first time since the appointment, I closed my book and placed it down on the same table he placed his clipboard.

"Ok Cassidy, You know what to do If you want to cure your disorder, but you choose not to, why is that?" I thought for a second, He's right, I knew what to do but I choose not to, I guess because I didn't want to, too much work I guess.
