'Spike' Buffy whispered falling her head onto his shoulder

'What's wrong love!?' Spike panicked

'Nothing' she replied 'well, no, not nothing, Spike I feel like when this baby is born you are not going to love it, I feel like you are going to blame it for hurting me' Buffy had a couple of tears falling down her cheek. Spike wiped them with his hand and lifted her head up in his hands and kissed her long but soft and gentle on the lips.

'Felt like we haven't done that in forever' he whispered, Buffy smiled it did feel like forever since they had any special moments. Spike looked Buffy in the eyes

'Pet I will love our baby so much! As much as I love you! And that is a lot, I am not going to blame the baby for hurting you I know it is not its fault it needs blood and you are its only supplier' Spike smiled at Buffy and Buffy smiled back.

'I miss seeing you smile' he whispered kissing her passionately

'Spike?' Buffy asked touching his face softly

'Yes' He smiled

'Um does that mean our baby is a vampire?'

'I don't know pet it seems that way but right now anything could happen' he replied, Buffy dropped her head onto his chest and Spike stroked her hair, he loved having her in his arms.

Their car finally pulled up in their drive way Spike went to help Buffy out but she said she could do it. She walked very slowly but she eventually got to the house. Giles, Dawn and Xander were so relieved to finally see them home, but Buffy just wanted to go to bed. The gang all went to their rooms eager to get some sleep as well, it felt like forever since they had gotten a good rest. Spike held Buffy's arm as she stumbled up the stairs. They got into their room and Buffy reached for the bed, she sat down. Spike went and got her pyjamas out the draw.

'Can you change?' He asked her, Buffy held out her hand for the pyjamas, Spike handed them to her and changed into his own. Buffy finally managed to get them on, she started walking to her side of the bed for once she didn't stumble, she slid under the covers and held out the other side for Spike, he got in and smiled at her. He snuggled up next to her and wrapped his arms around her

'Do you want to talk?' She asked him

'Whatever you want love' He replied, she rolled over and look at him, she was desperate to get closer to him but her stomach was to big and got in the way. Spike touched Buffy's stomach

'What do you think it is?' He smiled at her

'A vampire' Buffy whispered

'No a boy or a girl?' Spike asked

'Oh... I don't know I never thought about it. What do you want it to be?' Buffy asked back

'I don't mind, anything will make me happy' Spike replied starring into Buffy's eyes.

'What are some good names?' Buffy asked

'Hm how bout Buffy? Buffy junior' Spike replied, Buffy giggled and Spike smiled at her, it was good to see her laugh again.

'How about William then?' Buffy smiled

'What no! No way!' Spike replied

'Why not? I like that name'

'No Buffy...'

'But why!'

'Because William was a stupid person, I like the person I am now, with you' He smiled

'Alright but I'm not calling our kid Spike junior' Buffy replied, Spike laughed, Buffy's eyelids dropped, Spike reached over her stomach and kissed her lips.
