Don't make a Mary Sue. They aren't very good characters to play. Honestly, giving your character some flaws is fun. It adds tons of personality to the cat.

There are lots of suffixes that refer to the cats personality. (Ex. -thorn -whisker -ice -stone -heart) Go to the "Naming your cat" section to see what the suffixes mean.

Making your character have different flaws and strengths keeps your cat from becoming a Mary Sue.
