chapter one

"Wake up daddy" as I got pushed awake I gave my daughter a half smile,in her pink frog pajamas."Wake up your mom",I got out of the sheets and headed towards the kitchen.
I started putting dinner on when Hailey came down we have been married for two years I'm 36 now and we are happily married with one daughter.
"Come downstairs breakfast is ready",as soon as I said that I heard little feet running down the stairs thud thud thud Then I served scramble eggs,bacon and toast on the table.
"Eat up kiddo so we can take you to school"
"Look daddy is that what you did"? I look on the news to where she was looking and there was army shooting people so I turned it off.
"No honey I was in the marines they did other stuff",I lied
So with that she went upstairs to get her school outfit on and her backpack.I walked past Hailey who had blue jeans with a red t-shirt.Towards the garage we had a two-story house with a garage and in the garage we had an black SUV in a Ford F350.I turn on the SUV and back out,Meg came out with her black and blue required outfit and Hailey came out and everybody hoped in and slammed the doors shut.I back out and started heading out.
"Their have been a lot of diseases spreading in Africa where the affected became aggressive and would spread the virus it seems to be the virus is only spread through saliva and blood".Then I turn down the radio and kept going i lived in Texas so traffic was Horrible. I turned in the parking lot with a sign that read TEXAS EAGLE ELEMETARY.As i was driving up the principle was standing outside with a radio and came to my window.
"Dude all schools have be canceled due to a sickness don't you listen to the radio"?
"Yea ok"
"Well he was rude"my wife responded so I turned the car around the parking lot and left but traffic was bad way worse than before.Then that's when I heard a shot,that's when the drama started.People were driving everywhere so I bolted and got home safely.I got out "hey honey go to the panic room and bring meg with you.Thats when I saw it a grown man wearing a mailman outfit jumped on a kid and tore away his neck and got up and ran towards the next person.I ran in the house lock the door ran to the hallway press the button and the shelf swung out to a door with a keypad.3161 I punched away and the door swung open and my wife and daughter was no where in sight.
