2. Meeting

Ranveer ran to her as they both embraced each other in a hug. "What are you doing here? I thought you were in the Himalayas?" ,said Ranveer not able to believe she was here. The Maheshwari family were flabbergasted seeing Ragini, their Ragini..., "Well..... Actually while going in search I slipped, and landed on something hard, apparently that was a wire leading to the bomb sooooo....." ,explained Ragini. Then something dawned on Ranveer and he looked worriedly at Ragini's bandages, "But what happened to you? How? Do I need to call a doctor? Does it hurt....." , Asked Ranveer worriedly. Ragini quickly made him turn to her, "Ranveer, I am fine. Don't worry." ,she said looking into his eyes with love. Ranveer wrapped her into a tight hug again, "I missed you soo much" ,he said softly. "I missed you more" ,said Ragini hugging tighter. She slowly moved her hands without Ranveers notice and tickled him. Ranveer jerked out of the hug and gave a small scream. Ragini started to laugh hard, "That always works on you!" ,she said trying to stop laughing. "Now where is my little princess isn't it someone's birthday today?" ,she asked. Ranveer smiled and yelled, "Mohini come down quick I have a surprise for you!!!" Mohini then came quickly running down, "What is it papa?!?" ,she asked running down ,but stopped dead noticing Ragini there. She immediately ran faster, "Muma!!!!!" ,she said in excitement. Ragini  knelt down and embraced Mohini in a big hug. "Mohini!!! I missed you sweetheart!!!!" ,she said hugging her tight. The Maheshwari family who were witnessing everything ,were shocked out of their wits listening to Mohini.... "Muma?",they all thought.

Suddenly Ranveer remembered that the  Maheshwari family were also there. "Oh um, Ragu." ,said Ranveer getting Ragini's attention. "Yes, Rav?" ,said Ragini standing up. "This is the Maheshwari family. They came here searching or you... Oh, and they will be joining us for some time" ,said Ranveer.  Ragini paused hearing the name Maheshwari. She looked at them shocked. She couldn't face them, so she acted formal, "Hi! Nice to meet you all I am Ragini." ,she said trying not to fall weak in front of them. "Ragini, don't you remember us? Your family?" ,asked Swara teary eyed. Ragini's eyes quickly filled with tears, but she composed herself and was about to reply when... "Muma?!?! When did you come back?" asked Mohini, "I didn't know you were coming back."  Ragini turned and faced Mohini, "Did you really think I would miss your birthday sweetheart? I would never miss it ever, I promise." ,said Ragini kneeling down to Mohini.

"Ragini...." ,started to say Swara when Ragini interupted, "I need some time before I can talk to you all. I need to go and unpack" with that Ragini went up to her room. The Maheshwari family also went to the rooms, that were given to them. At least they had found her.

 Ragini was in her room unpacking, but at the same time thinking about her "surprise" guests. Ranveer walked in and noticed Ragini looking slightly worried. He came from behind and hugged her. "Don't worry Ragini, Laksh won't do anything. I know this is hard for you but it is only for a few days." ,said Ranveer turning Ragini around so she faces him. "I know Ranveer, I am just afraid that what if he tries to take Mohini away from us?" ,said Ragini worried. (Yes, Ranveer knows about her past.)

"Ragini look at me, I will never let anything happen to Mohini or you. Ok?" ,said Ranveer making Ragini look at him. " Ok. Thank you for being there for me. I love you Ranveer, I love you a lot." ,said Ragini hugging him, cuddling into his chest. "I love you too." ,said Ranveer pulling her closer to him. They closed their eyes feeling each other's heart beats as they beat in sync with one another. Later they broke the hug and Ragini went back to unpacking. Suddenly Ranveer remembered something and held Ragini's shoulder, trying to get her attention, as soon as he touched her shoulder she winced and yelped in pain. Ranveer got worried hearing her yelp in pain as he felt some wetness on her shoulder, he lifted his hand and saw blood on his hand. "Ragini!! Are you ok?!?! I am so sorry!!!" ,he said cupping her face, with worry in his eyes. "I- It's ok R-Ranveer" ,she managed to say, before yelping in pain again as the pain got worse. "Ragini, I think we should redress your wound, or it could get worse, he said pulling out a first aid kit. Ragini just nodded.  Ranveer helped unbutton her shirt slightly so he could move it enough for her shoulder to be visible. There was a bandage across her shoulder, now seeping with blood. Ranveer felt guilty for causing her pain. He wasn't able to meet her eyes. "Ranveer, it is ok. It was just an accident" , she said trying to make him feel better. Ranveer nodded and proceeded to taking the bandage off, now soaked in blood. She winced in pain. After Ranveer took the bandage off he was about to clean the wound when he noticed the wound. 

It was a bullet wound.......
