Chapter 2~New House, New School, New Friends, New Life?

Hours later my dad tapped me on the shoulder. "Kristy get up! We're here!" My dad said.
I jumped up and I grabbed my stuff. I ran in and found the biggest room and said it was mine. My brother glared at me. "What? It's not my fault dad wanted me to live with him." I told him.
"Yeah, now I'm stuck with you." He said weirdly.
"Yeah, I guess you are." As I started to unpack. I unpacked and my room looked pretty good.
"Your brother and I are going out. Make your own dinner tonight." My dad screamed. Great, I'm home alone. I decide to go on Insta and I saw a pic of Zach and Dani holding hands. Omg, I support #Zani all the way.
Well, I do have money, maybe I'll go to that cafe I just saw. I made sure to grab the key my dad gave me and headed out. I see these really pretty girls. Two of them looked like twins.
"Hey." A girl said as she approached me.
"Hi." I replied.
"Wanna hang out?" She asked.
"Um sure?" I said more as a question.
"Just kidding. Who would hang out with you?" They all started laughing. I just kept walking.
*Skips Cafe*
I went home and changed into my pajamas. I grabbed my phone. I had a text message from my mom.
Mom: Chloe is...
KrisBear: Mom don't say that.
KrisBear: Mom stop!
KrisBear: Mom answer me!
Mom: Missing you
Mom: Chloe is missing you.
KrisBear: Mom you scared the living shit outta me.
(You didn't really think I'd do this to you, did you?)
I fell fast asleep.
I got up and did my morning routine. When I got dressed, I put my makeup on. Today is my very first day of school. My dad was at work and my brother already left for school.
I rode my skateboard to school. I walked in. Pretty nice school. After wandering for a while, I finally found the office to where I got my schedule. Great, my first class is Math. The same girls from last night walked up to me.
"You go to school here?" She asked.
"Yeah." I said quietly.
"Explains why you didn't have a British accent." They all walked away from me. I closed my locker and headed to class. I sat in front of a boy. I concentrated all  of class.
After class, I headed to my locker. A girl came up to me.
"Are you new here?" She asked.
"Yeah I am." I said.
"I'm Liz, nice to meet you." She said holding out her hand.
"I'm Kristy, nice to meet you too." I said shaking it.
"I'll see you at lunch." She says as the bell rings.
*Skips next class*
I grabbed my lunch and sat at a very empty table. Liz came up to me. "May I sit here?"
"Yep." I replied. There was a long awkward silence between us.
Liz said "So how's school so far?" Breaking the silence.
"Um pretty good I guess." I said.
"That's cool." She said. Lunch was finally over. I went to English class. I walked in and there was this cute boy staring at me. I smiled politely. I sat down.
"You're really pretty." He whispered in my ear.
"Thanks."
"I'm Max." He said.
"Kristy." I said. The rest of the class was pretty boring.
*After school*
I walked up to my locker, for there to be a surprise. Max was at my locker.
"Hey Max." I said.
"Hey Kris." He said. It sounded really cute when he said Kris. It made me smile.
"I gotta get home my dad is really strict." I said running off.
He smiled. "What a day?" He mumbled. I made it home. So many things were happening.
A new house. A new school. A new friend. A new life?
