Robin's POV
"Where are we going?" I ask as soon as we're out of the school building.
"You'll see" he says pulling me along
"Why are we going towards that." I say wide eyed, pointing at the training field I saw Derek fight in on. My first night here.
"Relax, we're not going to it, just passing it." He reassures me
I ignore his attempts to calm me and stay tense
He raised an eyebrow, "Do you trust me?"
I look into his dark grey eyes "No."
He pouts slightly,"Why not?"
"I don't know, it may have something to do with the fact that you tried to keep me here against my will. Oh! And after I did come back you kidnapped me and my friends. Not to mention stalking me from this field-"
"That was you? On the balcony?" his astonishment amazes me
"Wow, I can remember your wolf but you can't remember me." I take my hand away from his and wrap my arms around myself
"Well do you at least trust me to get you through Wolf territory alive?" he asks falling into step with me
"No, las-" Derek cut me off.
"I get it, I messed up." he sighs."Can you trust me just this once?"
"Fine." I grumble and walk faster.
"Happy to see your cheery about it" sarcasm drops from every word.
"Don't push your luck." I smile at him.
"Okay. So what were you and Mabel talking about before I came in?" he glances at me out of the corner of his eye.
"Nothing" I answer a little too quickly.
I mentally face palm.
"Okay..." he sighs.
"So...What pack do you belong to?" I ask, breaking the awkward silence was killing me.
"Nightshade. Where did you move here from?" He seems grateful that the silence was broken.
"California. Where's your pack?" I ask we enter the forest.
"Near there, mainly in the Rocky Mountains and the surrounding areas. What's your favorite color?" He kicks a small rock out of the way
I shrug. "Don't really have one, you?"
"Green. What's your last name?"
"Macey, what about you wolfie?" I smirk at the nickname
He groans at it "Knight. We're here"
He moves away a few bushes and I can see a cliff.
"Wow." I say taking in the lake.
"Actually this isn't the place." He smiles crookedly at me. "It's down there" he points below us.
"In the ground?" I look at him like he's insane.
"Technically, I found it when we played capture the flag. I got to hide the flag." He smirks as he moves closer to the edge.
