Alaska couldn't help but allow the feeling of despair creep its way into her heart when Jacob had this stupid plan to kill the Devil. He was the Devil, a god to some people's eyes and he wanted to kill him.

She looked over the man and got up as she placed a hand on his chest. "Can I talk to you, alone?" She asked and he looks over Sam who nods and she pushed him out the door.

"What is wrong with you?" She asked and Jacob furrowed his eyebrows.

"What's the problem? I thought you would want him as dead as everyone else?" He told her as she laughed while shaking her head.

"You don't get it do you?" She asked as he furrowed his eyebrows. "You can't just kill him, there is a special weapon and we don't know for sure what would happen." She told him as he rolled his eyes.

"You said that whoever kills him becomes the next in line for being his position right?" He asked as the woman scoffed.

"And who's stupid enough to do that?" She asked as Jacob looked over her.

She gasped and shook her head with wide eyes. "No way in hells fire will I ever do that!" She yelled and he sighed.

"So, you don't want to do it?" He asked and she shook her head.

"No! I've been running from him for most of my life. I know better than to put myself in that situation. I would get killed with a snap of his fingers." She sneered at him as he smiled.

"You're scared of him." He stated and the girl scoffed.

"Of course I am. You're stupid if you're not scared of the devil. Who do you think tortured me to becoming a siren?" She asked and walked away as she needed space.

She hasn't felt anything like this in centuries. Her heart was pounding and her head was spinning as she was flustered almost. Jacob stopped and looked over her leaving figure as it al clicked.

It's hell after all and he didn't expect the Devil's foot soldier to be tortured, but if she didn't do what he wanted, then she would to be punish somehow.

He slowly walked over to her and carefully placed a hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry, I didn't know." He mumbled and the woman nods her head.

"It's okay, I just ramble whenever I'm angry and then usually cut off the persons head, but I can't do that to you without your pack of mutts coming after me." She mumbled and he chuckled slightly.

"That's right." He answered and she didn't move an inch. "If you're okay with it, I would like you on this Pack. My Pack." He clarified and the girl scoffed.

"I don't do teams." She mumbled and he frowned slightly.

"Never?" He asked and the girl shook her head.

"Lucifer said that a team member would slow me down." She said and he sat down next to her giving her at least five inches of space before she would back hand him any time.

"A team protects you." He stated and the woman shakes her head.

"I don't need anyone to protect me, I have myself to look over my shoulders." She said and he nods slowly.

"Cares for you." He stated again and the woman looks over him.

"I care for myself, I never get sick." She told him and he thinks some more.

"Loves you, no matter what." He said and the girl stopped as her body and mind froze.

She has never felt love, except when her family gave their last goodbyes. Her friends loved her in someways, and even sacrificed themselves, but it was so long that she didn't know what that felt like anymore.

Jacob smiled as she as silent and lost in thought. "I'll give you time, but just to let you know that you can come to us anytime." He said and payed her shoulder one last time and walked away.

She looked over the forest in front of her and she quickly got up as she grabbed her stuff that was placed on the table and laughter caught her attention.

Her eyes landed over towards the Pack that was rough housing and they were all laughing and smiling at one another making the girl feel left out in a way.

She would always pass by couples and miss the feeling of even someone to talk to. Lucifer would talk to her, but only to threaten her or give her an order. She sighed and looked at the ground as she scuffed her boots against the gravel and she looked at the sky.

"Please don't make me regret it." She mumbled and walked towards Jacob and she held a straight face. "I'll join you, and help you on your quest." She said and everyone smiled at her. "But, I will not be the one killing the Devil. That will be your job." She said and Jacob nods.

"Alright, welcome Alaska Winters to the Quileute Tribe." He stated and the girl nods with a small smile.

"It's an honor."

The night was silent as boots collided on hard wood of the motel and the man who was over there, was looking over a magazine and the man tapped his fingers over the counter top and once the man didn't look over the customer and when he didn't, he cleared his throat.

The man looked up and put his magazine down. "Yes?" He asked impatiently and the man smiled.

"I was wondering if a girl came by here, you know small, brown haired, seemed very rushed?" He asked and the man shook his head.

"I don't know. Why, are you a stalker?" He asked and the man sighed while laughing.

"No, but answer me." He commanded and that's when his face went blank and he nods his head.

"She was here." He said and the man smirked.

"Thank you." He stated and the with a snap of his fingers, his body exploded and blood went everywhere as the man smiled and wiped his suit off so the blood didn't stay.
