I wake up to the sound of my alarm ringing. I think to myself, another long school day. I quickly get dressed in my usual black T-shirt, ripped black jeans, boots and headphones. I fix my jet black hair in its usual style and make my way to school listening to my music.

I quickly make my way to the lunch line, avoiding Kyle as much as I can. Kyle is the school bully who only picks on short girls. Its hard to get around without bumping into him. As I make my way to the lunch line I see Samuel sitting down with his brother Sean. I've been keeping my eye on Samuel for a while but he wouldn't like a weirdo like me. I quickly get my lunch and go eat alone by a tree.

As I make my way to class after lunch I'm stopped by Sean. "Yes?" I ask.
"Hey Ezra my brother really wants to talk to you. He's over by the bathrooms." Sean says excitedly.
"H-he wants to talk to m-me?"
"Yes now hurry!"
I make my way over to him. I haven't really had much time for love or relationships due to having to take care of my little sister.
"H-hey Ezra I wanted to ask if you wanted to maybe go out on a date sometime.? I mean if its ok with you and all?" Samuel asks shyly.
"I-i would love to-"
"Hey Sam! Come on you dont wanna hang around a loser like her! Come on and hang out with us!" I hear Kyle say as I was about to finish. I look up at him to see that red eye stare. The one that has been known to drive people to insanity.
"I-i have to go.." I say quickly as I attempt to escape that situation.
I feel someone grab my wrist and pull me back so all my books drop to the floor.
"Oh come on. Leaving so soon?" Kyle says as he grips my shoulders. I try to loosen his grip but its too strong. "The fun is just getting started!"
That's the last last thing I heard before I felt a sharp pain on my head and pass out.
