Chapter 36

~Paula's POV~

Napabuntong hinga ako habang naglalakad papunta sa office ni Trace, nasa hospital parin si Miyel hanggang ngayon kaya laging mainit yun ulo niya. Bumabalik nanaman siya sa dati! Laging may mood swing

"Trace?" Sabay katok ko ng pinto niya

"Come in" Napalunok naman ako nang marinig ko yung boses niya! Halatang badtrip siya at wala sa mood >^<

Binuksan ko na yung pinto at tumambad sakin ang nakabusangot na muka ni Trace habang nakadikit yung kilay na naka tingin sa loptop niya

"Bakit mo ako pinapatawag?" Tiningnan niya naman ako sabay taas ng kilay >^< Ang suplado talaga neto!

"Sit" Napailing naman ako, ginawa pa akong aso. bwiset -.-

"Oh? Bakit mo ako pinatawag?" Tanong ko sakanya nang nakaupo na ako, tiningnan niya naman ako ng seryoso

"What happened? Did you kill those 2nd Rank D.Ms?" My eyes widened in shocked, ibig sabihin mga 2nd Rank pala yung pinatumba ni Miyel?!

"N-no. Si M-Miyel ang may gawa nun" Napa buntong hinga naman siya, hindi ba siya nagulat?! Duh! Nakakatakot si Miyel! Halos ako hindi ko kaya yung ginawa niya! 3rd Rank lang yung kaya kong patumbahin!

Pero si Miyel! She's different! Wala pang ilang segundo napapasuka niya na ng dugo yung mga 2nd Ranks! Kaya hindi Impossible na kaya niyang patumbahin ang 1st Rank katulad nina Raegan!

"She's back" Sabi ni Trace sabay tingin sa picture ni Miyel sa desk niya, napa kunot naman yung noo ko

"Anong ibig mong sabihin?" Tanong ko kay Trace, he looked at me with a serious face

"Double Personality" Napataas lang yung kilay ko sa sinabi niya, napabuntong hinga naman siya sabay upo ng maayos sa swivel chair niya

"Dissociative identity disorder, previously known as multiple personality disorder, is a mental disorder on the dissociative spectrum characterized by at least two distinct and relatively enduring identities or dissociated personality states that alternately control a person's behavior, and is accompanied by memory impairment for important information not explained by ordinary forgetfulness."

~Trace's POV~

I looked at Paula with a serious face and sigh, she's no use -.- Napapakinabangan lang siya sa laban! Tsk

"Out" She rolled her eyes and stomped her feet. Such a childish brat

I closed my eyes and I remembered the first time that I saw Miyel's double personality

"Miyel! Come back in here!" I shouted when I saw her running but I think she didn't hear me! Tss.

I run towards her and snatched her arm, I was shocked when I saw her! She is full of blood!

"W-what..." I am speechless, she is looking at me with a serious face

"M-Miyel.. It's me, Trace" I cupped her chin and hugged her tightly

"T-Trace" I looked at her and nod, she looked at me with a sad expression in her face and collapsed

"TRACE! STAY OUT OF HERE!" I looked at my dad and he was shocked when he saw us

"GET AWAY FROM HER!" My dad grabbed my arm and pushed Miyel away from me, I looked at him with an irritated face

"Dad! She needs me!" Dad looked at me angrily, it's my first time to see him with this expression. And yeah, I admit it. I'm a bit scared

"SHE KILLED YOUR BROTHER!" N-no...

~ End of flashback

"Tsk" I looked at Miyel's picture in my desk, she is 5 years old in here. She looked so fragile and innocent

But she have her other side. But still, I will accept her no matter what happened. I really love you Miyel.

~Miyel's POV~

"I will kill you!" I cried when Trey smirked at me while holding a knife. He is Trace older brother, I just want to play with him but he suddenly become scary!

"No! TRAAACE!" I shouted while crying out loud! I don't know how to defend myself... I a-am no u-use

'You can do it Miyel'

I stopped crying when I heard a familiar voice. I looked at Trey and I think I am being possessed because I want to kill him

'Go. Kill him. I know you want to do it'

Yeah. I want to kill him! I really want to experience killing someone, I smirked at Trey and he looked shocked

"Goodbye" And I make my move. The last thing I remembered, I am full of blood and I collapsed in front of Trace... Trace

"TRAAACE!" I shouted while panting, ish! The memories are flooding inside my head! I can't take this nightmares anymore!

"ARGHHHH!"

"Shh. I'm here!" I looked at the man standing at the door, he smiled at me

"Trace!" I ran towards him and hug him tightly, he brushed my hair and kissed my forehead

"You need to rest. Don't worry. I'm here now" And he smiled at me, I smiled back. "Thank you"
