When life gives u stress , spend with yourself more. Stop dealing with life for a moment and give yourself some air to breathe.

If u wake up early every morning and chase to stay fit and fine or run to work or school. Then in weekends just spend more time in bed inhale the fresh morning vibes. Get cozy in your blanket and maybe cuddle with your self a little.

Hot showers r the best way to heal body pain. Feel the warmth of the water , as it reaches all the part of your body making u feel the warmth and healing effect of shower. And come out feeling like u left all the stress behind.

Lips touches the coffee mug and the light classy tune beats the ear drums as u watch the sun drowning in the beds of clouds.

How often do u wave the sun a good bye?

May be it's not the best view but at least for once spend time watching how slowly nature changes it's phase to a new one.
