A Beautiful Mistake (Finchel baby story)

Rachel POV

We walked out of the hospital and Finn drove to the park.

We held the babies and walked around. Finn and I talked.

"Graduation is in 2 weeks." He said

"I know." I said excited and sad

"What wrong?" He asked

"I'm gonna miss glee." I said

"Hey look I'm gonna help Mr.Shue and you can come whenever you want to help." He said

We continued to walk and talk in the park for awhile.

After that we got lunch.

Then we went back home. We later on the floor and watched these really boring baby movies that Carole bought.

Finn and I weren't really paying attention but the babies seem to enjoy it.

By that time it was almost 7:30 and that means bedtime for the twins.

"Come on, time for bed." I said

No response, I looked over and Finn was sleeping

"Hey." I said shaking him awake.

"We gotta put the kids to bed." I said he got up and helped me put the twins to bed.

He read them a story and then tucked them in.

We walked out of the nursery and back downstairs.

We sat on the coach and watched tv.

"Hey I wanna do something." He said getting up and getting his video camera.

"What are we doing?" I asked as he set up the camera

"We are going to make a video for the twins." He said and sat down

The camera started rolling.

"Hey babies," he said waving to the camera

"We are making this video to tell you how much we love you." He said and smiled at me

I took the camera and showed Finn.

"Say something." I said

"Hey guys. You both are so perfect, your nice and good looking, people will always tell you especially Quinn that you look good. And Quinn if it is a boy I will personally punch him. Anyway you get the looks from you dad." He said

I turned the camera on me.

"Ya no." I said and showed Finn again.

"And I bet your both very funny. Which you also get from your dad." He says

I showed myself again.

"No your not" I said

"Yes I am funny." He said

"Ok prove it tell us a joke."

"Ok.. um why was the tomato red?" He asked

"Why?" I asked

"Because he saw the salad dressing." He said

"What?" I asked

"That's funny." He said

"No it's not." I said

He took the camera and showed me.

"Your dad said it all. You both are going to grow up and be amazing people. And I bet your going. To be talented to. Which you get from your mom." I said

Then Finn showed both of us.

"We love you both so much." We both said and we kissed

As we pulled away Finn stopped the recording.

We cuddled on the couch.

"We are never gonna live that one down." He said

"What?" I asked

"Sure it's cute now, but when the get older they're gonna watch this and be like 'eww mom and dad were kissing'" he said

I just laughed

"I love you so much." I said

"I love you too." He said and we kissed again
