Every moment in the moment book is a real moment that happened, that I heard or experienced. The names of the people have been changed, to protect them.
Every character who appears or is mentioned outside the moment book, (Dan, Mill, Rebecca, Dexter, Jack and Chris, Dexter's brother, Louise, Jason, Jess) are fictional, products of my imagination. Any resemblance to persons living or dead is purely coincidental.
People who "everyone rely on" feel stressed to always be perfect, so everyone can depend on them. If you know anyone like this, please take the time to assure them that it's okay not to feel okay, and that you, a guidance counsellor, or other close friend(s) are always available to lend a listening ear.
