Nekomaru was strapped onto a table and in a room that looked like an emergency room
Akane walks in with a mask on her face. The mask had a Monokuma mouth painted on it.
Akane was being controlled and grabbed the defibrillator. She kept pressing defibrillator on him till his heart stopped
It wasn't long till Nekomaru's heart had failed
