It can be hard to put on a happy face when you aren't happy. Turning up the corners of your mouth can be a real challenge when there are sad, angry, or worrisome thoughts in your mind. But despite how difficult it might be, it can offer invaluable healing. Even you find it hard to smile, try anyway. And keep a smile on your face as often and as long as you can.
