A division of power is not a relinquishment of power. Sometimes we’re concerned about giving over some part of a project or mission to someone else. But sometimes by accepting someone else's help, we aren't losing power - we are becoming immensely more powerful as a team. The work will be halved, and the joys will be doubled. So sometimes don’t hesitate to celebrate a chance to take on a kindred spirit who shares your goal.
