Five - A Milestone

(Y/N) POV

I walked down the stairs and saw Dan holding a thing of flowers and a small gift bag. He smiled looked at me tenderly. DO NOT FUCKING FALL THIS ISN'T A CUTE ASS HALLMARK MOVIE. HE WILL LAUGH AT YOU. I thought as I looked down at the stairs and up at Dan and Arin. I made it to the bottom of the stairs and Arin side hugged me.

"Wow, (Y/N). You look amazing." Arin said grinning.

"Wow is fucking right," Dan said, he looked proud, proud to be taking me out.

"DANIEL, DO NOT FUCING CURSE IN MY HOUSEHOLD, FIRST YOU TAKING MY CHILD OUT AND NOW YOU ARE SWEARING." He said pretending to be an overprotective father.

"S-sorry, sir. I-I didn't mean t-" Dan was soon cut off by Suzy.

"It's fine, Dan! We have no time for you guys shenanigans" Suzy said, pushing me towards Dan."Let me get picture guys!"

I looked at Dan and the floor, my face becoming hot. He smirked and wrapped his arm around me and smiled at the camera. Suzy snapped a couple of photos like that, then Dan grabbed me and dipped me down. I screamed as he giggled. He kissed my lips and Suzy snapped a photo. My face became hot and read once he let me stand upright again.

"You smell really nice (Y/N)," Dan said smelling my clothes deeply. "Like a dryer sheet. My favorite"

I rolled my eyes as we walked to the car. He gave me the aux cord and I began to play random songs as we sang along. He looked at me happily as Somebody to Love by Queen, came on. We sang loudly until he got to a red light. He turned down the music and looked me in the eyes and put his hand on my face and rested his forehead on mine. He began to sing to me passionately, find me, somebody, to love, find me somebody to love. his brown eyes plunged into the deepest parts of my soul. find me, somebody, to love, find me somebody to love. He knew me at that moment, I was vulnerable to how raw we were at that moment. His lips began to brush against mine, and I leaned into him a little to signal that I wanted him to kiss me, he did too until.

HONK!

A car behind us honked, the unexpected scare caused us to pull away quickly. Dan's face turned a deep red and he began to drive. The next song in the queue was Limelight by Rush. He turned the knob on his radio until the music was blasting throughout the streets. We made a left to a restaurant. Dan parked and I was amazed by it. I started to get out of the car, but Dan said no.

He got out and jogged to my side, "M'lady" he said as he opened the car door. I got out and he grabbed my hand and led me to the door. He opened it and I was granted a soothing, quiet atmosphere. The decor was modern but welcoming. We were seated at the hightop bar and given menus.

"So," Dan said opening the menu."I've never eaten here, Brian says it's really good."

"Really, do you know what the cuisine is here?" I asked looking at the drink menu's options.

"It's supposed to be Sushi and stuff like that."

"Well, we were seated at the go-sushi bar, Danny," I said looking and gesturing at the various fish rolls on the conveyor belt.

"Oh," He said rubbing the back of his neck."Makes sense."

We were asked what we wanted to drink. I went with a soda and so did Dan. When the waitress left we turned towards each other and started to laugh and talk about stupid things like if dicks had mustaches where would that be, How would a dog wore pants how would he wear them, and other stupid things of that nature. We picked up the sushi we wanted and ate in silence. We'd occasionally look at each other and smile. We soon finished and Dan called a waitress to calculate our bill and clear our spots on the bar in front of us. Dan paid and we got into the car.
