Write a letter to something you love. For fun, directly address the letter to the object or activity as if it could read and understand. Tell this "thing" what you love about it in detail. Describe its qualities—how it fulfills you or makes you happy. The thing you choose might be something that others don't necessarily think of as beautiful or praiseworthy, so think of your task as pointing out and describing those qualities that others may overlook or take for granted.
Remember, you are addressing the object or idea as if it were alive. For example, you would say "Dear motorcycle," not, "This is why I like motorcycles."
