"What's been going on since I was gone?" I asked

"Well half the pack thought you left for good while the other half though you'd been kidnapped" Sebastian said

"Why is it so hard to believe I had responsibilities?" I asked with a laugh

"Usually when Alpha couples find each other they're joined at the hip until they mate and even more so afterwards" Elijah said

"Wouldn't that annoy him if I was just always there?" I asked

"Never" Sebastian growled taking me into his arms

I pecked his lips calming him and everyone dropped the conversation. When we got into the house Taniah handed out the gifts to everyone before Sebastian and I went up to his office and everyone else went their separate ways.

Sebastian sat down in his desk pulling me into his lap and picking up a file that laid discarded on his desk and beginning to read over it.

I relaxed into his chest laying my head between his shoulder and neck. When I did this he visibly shuddered, his unoccupied arm holding me tighter.

I closed my eyes placing my hand on his chest before falling asleep surrounded in the sweet scent of my mate and a feeling of complete safety.

I woke up abruptly and looked around. All of our friends were in Sebastian's office and I was still in Sebastian's lap.

"Babe what's wrong?" Sebastian asked lightly grabbing my chin and turning my face to look at his concerned expression

'Something bad is going to happen, I can feel it' Bri said pacing around

I unconsciously stood and began pacing around the office.

'What kind of bad? Death bad or war bad?' I asked her

'I don't know' she said

I stopped in my tracks when I felt the tingling sensation travel up my arms. Sebastian was standing in front of me keeping me from moving.

"What happened?" He asked

"Nothing yet" I answered before elaborating after seeing his confused face

"Something bad is going to happen I just don't know what or when" I said running my fingers through my hair

"How do you know?" He asked loosening his grip on me

"If I tell you you're going to think I'm crazy" I told him looking at my feet

"Babe you've met the moon goddess it doesn't get much crazier than that" Ashton said lifting my chin softly

I looked at him with a sigh "It's like I have that feeling you get before you give a big speech or something. Nervous butterflies and that sinking feeling" I said in complete seriousness

"I think you might just be paranoid" Emily said

I jumped slightly having forgotten all of them were there and looked at her. I felt my eyes flash between the sky blue color of my own, the white from the moon goddess, and the black of Bri's. I closed my eyes trying to calm Bri and myself and when I opened them I felt an extreme calm soothing feeling wash over me.
