Outside a cafe, a little girl is there. She was crying as she was hugging her knees. Everyone that looks at her feels pity for the kid. But no one insists to ask her why she's crying in the first place.
Until a woman approaches her, "Are you alright?"
Though she didn't got a respond from the child. She sat down on her level to face her. She asks again, "Why are you crying? Are you hurt?"
She tucked the hair covering the child's face on her ears and wiped the tears she was shedding.
Poor child, she said in her mind.
"Are you with someone? Where's your mom and dad?" The lady tried asking again. But like the first time she asked, she didn't received a respond.
"Can't you speak?"
Finally, the child looked at her, "My daddy said not to talk to strangers."
Out of amusement, the lady smiled at her, "Smart girl. What your father said was right. But not all strangers in general. Like me, I'm a stranger. But we need to talk to each other."
The lady held her hand to inform the child that she can be trusted, "Because I'm here to help you, okay?"
"Okay."
"Yey!" The woman applaud like a child. She wiped her tears again, "So, can you tell me why you were crying?"
"I can't find my daddy." The child looked like she was about to cry again thinking about her dad.
"Do you have a phone?"
She shook her head, "Daddy said that I'm allowed to have a cellphone when I'm older."
"That's right. Kids on your age shouldn't have their own cellphones. Very good." The lady was amazed at the little girl again.
She thanked the heavens when she saw the ID that the child's wearing. She flipped it to see the other side and almost jumped out of joy when she saw the contact number of the child's father.
"What's your name?" The child asked as she was typing the number of the child's dad on her phone.
A smile flashed on the woman's lips.

Dammit, it's already 6 o'clock and I still haven't found Avi. I'm about to lose my mind!
Avi's adviser and I are currently here at the police station. She's currently talking to the police officers.
I walked outside, sat at the floor and cried like a dumb kid. It's been seven hours since she went missing. I'm worried for my girl. What if something happened to her? I will punch myself fucking hard if something happened to her!
I tried to calm myself but I couldn't.
Mrs. Orn, Avi's adviser, called me. I wiped my tears first before facing her, "What? Did they find Avi?"
I was disappointed when she shook her head, "No, they haven't. But their on their way to post some posters around."
"That's... that's it? That's all that they're going to do?" My hands formed a fist. They're not doing their jobs properly!
"Please, calm down--" We we're both cut off by my phone that suddenly rang.
I immediately picked it up, even if it was from an unknown number, "Hello?"
"Daddy?" I almost fell on the ground when I heard a familiar voice.
"Avi?"
"Daddy!" She said and laughed.
I gasped and looked at Mrs. Orn, "Oh, God. It's Avi!"
I focused again on the phone, "A-are you alright? Are you hurt somewhere? Are you okay?"
"Yes, daddy. I'm fine!" She laughed again. She do seemed alright by the tone of her voice.
"Thank God."
"Thank you, goldfish." I whispered as I look at the sky.
I knew it. She'll help me.

As soon as Avi told me the address, I instantly went inside my car. I even forgot that I was with Mrs. Orn. I'm now standing outside a coffee shop. I went alone since Mrs. Orn went home first. She said that she still have some things to do. She also wants me to keep her updated about Avi when I found her.
I kept thanking God, and of course Aeviry, for sending an angel to us. I was so thankful that a good angel found my little girl first and even took care of her.
I have to thank that angel. Maybe I should treat him or her dinner and even give that angel a ride home. Nah, I think that's not enough to thank our angel.
I looked at my wristwatch to check the time. My eyes wandered around, in case Avi's here already.
"Daddy!" I turned around when I heard a familiar voice.
I saw my girl, giving me a wide smile. I bent my knee and spread my arms. She ran towards me and reached me out.
"Avi, thank God you're alright!" I carried her and spun a few times as I kiss her cheek.
I put her down and examined her quickly, "Are you sure you're alright? Nothing hurts? Your chest doesn't hurt? Is my little girl really alright?"
Call me paranoid, I just want to make sure that my daughter is really alright.
Damn, the feeling was similar to when I saw her for the first time, at Amanda's house. She was just gone for hours and I missed her so much already. It felt like she was gone for years!
"Yes, daddy! Auntie took care of me. We went to McDonald's and played at a huge playground!"
"Ah, so our angel is a "she". Have you thanked her yet?"
"No, I haven't yet daddy." She looked down as if she was embarrassed.
I stood up and held her hand, "Where is she? Let's go and thank her together, then."
"There!" She pointed somewhere. I looked at the direction she pointed.
And there... the most beautiful angel my eyes ever saw.
"Aeviry?"
