Cheshire went into hiding after what he had done to poor Mally. The cat then realized something he never thought of before.
Mally was small and courageous, she seemed to represent the undying determination of Alice...and he killed that.
Cheshire was stuck on what part of Alice he represented and decided to focus elsewhere.
The White Rabbit seemed to represent the importance of time to Alice and how to keep it.
March Hare was her more paranoid and skittish side.
The Hatter...
Cheshire paused and quietly sat down.
Hatter was a free spirit, not letting anyone tie him down. Much akin to Alice not wanting to be married for any rubbish traditional reasons and how she has taken on things men would be seen doing more often than not.
The Red and White Queen seemed to be her inner conflict, two different ideals trying to over throw each other.
Cheshire lays down, his body was thin and worn.
What did that make him?
Fear?
Alice always did seem slightly scared of him...he would appear and vanish in the blink of an eye.
Maybe he was Alice's sanity slowly becoming corrupt by insanity.
