Anywho, this tutoral is mainly for Photoshop users, but can be used with GIMP, Pixlr, etc., but no worries! I have a little surprise for Pixlr users.

First step: Open up your background. Doesn't really matter what the size is, because you gotta have a background

Second step: Go to brushes. Photoshop has brushes, and I'm pretty sure other software have the basic brush too, so you can use those.

Third step: Go to brush presets. This is where all of your brushes are located and where you can edit them.

Fourth step: Now that you're in the brush presets, click the button that has a triangle facing down, and three four lines stacked horizontally on each other that are parallel to each other.
