Step 1: Open MediBang Paint.

Step 3: Open your graphic and click the "+" button on the Layer side.

Step 4: Add a Color Layer and then click "Blending".

Step 5: Click "Add".
Step 6: Use "Airbrush" then use the pencil thing (i forgot what is it called) to select colors.

Step 7: Now, add/draw glow
Tbh, it's like magic. OwO
Step 8: Once you're done, click the three lines on the upper left corner.

Step 9: Then, click "Save"!

Final step: (THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL) You can add filter on Polarr or any other filter apps.
