dan was sitting in his bed scrolling through Tumblr. tomorrow was his first day at his new school and he was not looking forward to it so instead of thinking about how shitty his day would be he decided to look at memes to pass the time

dan woke up to his alarm blaring in his ear. he groaned then turned it off so he didn't have to hear that terrible sound. he got dressed in his favorite black skinny jeans and a muse shirt. surprisingly this school didn't have uniform though it was one of the best schools in the country. you would think they'd have a strict dress code but nope.

he made his way into the kitchen and made himself some coffee as his mom wasn't awake yet. after about ten minutes of crossy road he head off to school.

since thy just moved here they didn't know how the bussing worked so dan was left to walk alone to school. it was okay though because dan liked to be alone. just him and his thoughts

he finally arrived at what he liked to call 'hell on earth'. he didn't know what he was expecting when he walked in all he knew was people were staring and he didn't like it.

he went to the office and got his schedule and they told him he would have an escort to show them around the school. he looked at the paper he was handed and saw that his name was tyler joseph. dan sighed as he made his way to his locker.

as he approached his locker he saw that a kind of scrawny kid wearing skinny jeans like him and a brightly colored shirt was waiting there.
"you must be dan!" he said
"uh yeah. you're tyler right?"
"yep i'm here to show you around this shithole. i'm probably really bs dat this i've never done it before but i think we'll get along. i like your shirt by the way"
"thanks" dan said with a weak smile
this kid seemed nice maybe this wasn't going to be so bad after all
