Chapter 63. Help!

(Third Person POV)

(While Everyone was Fighting)

Alex was lost... he was stuck in the endless void again. Nowhere to go, nothing to do except float. It was soundless, the only thing you could hear was either his breathing or heartbeat, he locket floated out of his shirt & opened up

'This melody. Its my song.'

He opened his eyes & did see the locket but he still heard his song, he shakily went to reach it but it was to dark to see but he was still able to grab it. He slowly hummed to the soothing melody & eventually a light appeared from it

'Its so bright...'

The photo of Sam had made him smile & soon enough he felt someone pull him into a loving hug, he laid there in their arms & when he finally went to look who it was... it shocked him

"Ma... Mama!" her smile brought light to the void, he floated up right & brought his mother into a hug, someone else hugged him from behind & he knew who it was "P-Papa!"

"Alex!" his father pull him out of the hug & started to nuggy him "How's our favorite son doing?!" he laughed

"I'm you only son!"

"Oh yeah." his mother smack his arms "I'm sorry I'm sorry." Alex pulled them both into a hug again as tears slowly ran down his face

"I missed you..." they chuckled as they both kissed his head

"We missed you too, Alex." he smiled & when his mother lifted his face up to look at him, she gasps "W-What happened to your eye?!"

"Huh? You mean this? I had it when I came back from the dead." the two look at each other then back at him

"That means you didn't get our warning."

"Warning?" they look at each other again but with a more panicked & worried look in they're eyes "What's happening?"

"Alex, we've been trying to warn you through dreams that a shadow demon has inhabited your body when you returned back to Shada Island."

"Dreams? I never got a dream, I've only gotten nightmares every time I fall asleep & sometimes I don't sleep at all."

"We should have known!"

"He's been changing those dreams into nightmares to make you even worse, even weaker while he grew stronger & that memory poison must have been a trigger for to make him unstoppable! & when the rest if the crew found out you were a... we'll ignore that, it must have broke you." he nods sadly

"Yeah... w-whats happening now then?!"

"Hmm, it seems like mugiwara & the crew are fighting him off to keep you alive."

"H-How do I get out then?!" they shrug while shaking their heads

"That we don't know, sorry." he shook his head, suddenly he felt a stinging sensation in his cheeks & they turned

"What the? Ow!" they look at him & saw they were stinging, so they rushed over to him "What the hell is going on?!" suddenly he heard Nami's voice

"WAKE UP YOU PIECE OF SHIT!! THE WOMAN YOU LOVE JUST SACRIFICED HERSELF TO SAVE YOU!! WE NEED YOU!! SHE NEEDS YOU!! ALEX!!"

He suddenly felt a shock when Nami slapped him again, hard this time. He looked back at his parents & noticed they started fading away

"A-Are you leaving now?!"

"Yeah, our time is up now but we'll visit you two frequently!" his mother nodded as she kissed his forehead

"Make us proud, Alexander!"

"Oh, & tell Samantha darling we love & miss her!" he nodded when they finally disappeared, he stood up as he wiped the remaining tears away & smirked

"Hehe, its showtime."

(Time Skip)

Alex opened his eyes & they looked sane, he clenched his fist as haki coated around it & punched the demon & sent him flying. He landed on ground & had a smirk on his face

"Sorry I'm late... everyone." everyone stared at him with wide eyes before yelling out through tears

"ALEX!!" he chuckled lightly but when he looked down & saw a beaten up Robin, his heart broke

"Robin! Omigod what happened?!" they all pointed at the shadow, he glared at him with hatred & anger "What did you DO to her?!"

"I only dodged a bullet while she took it for you!" Alex shakes his head & kisses her forehead then stood up as he had his scythe in his hand & threw it over his shoulder, he pulled a cigarette out, let it & blew the smoke out before setting it on his lips & smirking at him with a glare

"Well then my nightmares, my fears, my monster... hehe, ITS ABOUT TO GET HOT IN HERE!!"
