Julia Danes came into the classroom in search of Emma. There were only a few minutes left until the end of the day but she knew that what she needed to tell Emma should be done in person and with time for convincing. Julia approached Professor Emerson at his desk to ask if she could speak to Emma, she ensured him that it was urgent and with slight hesitation he gave her an approving nod. With a slight bounce in her step Julia hurried over to Emma who had been lost in a daydream. Emma hadn't even noticed that Julia came into the room and she let out a small gasp when Julia came over banging on her desk.

"You're coming with me to Dante's Inferno. We're leaving around ten so make sure you're ready." Insisted Julia.

"Isn't that the club downtown? You know I'll never be able to get in, I heard they ID everyone regardless of their appearance. Besides, I have a lot of work to do."

"I'll be able to get you in without a problem. And I know you don't have any work to do because this week was midterms and as cruel as our teachers are, they would have to be a kin to the devil to assign work this week. Sorry, but it looks like you aren't getting out of coming to the club this time." Julia couldn't help but smile.

"...ok, fine. I'll go. But just this once"

Emma couldn't believe that she just gave in to Julia, but she knew it was bound to happen.
Julia squealed and quickly hugged Emma before running out the door earning a disconcerting look from Emma's English professor.

Emma recalled her last drinking incident back in New York. She couldn't remember much from that night but the feeling of shame hadn't weakened in the slightest. She promised herself that she wouldn't let that happen again tonight.
