After a good few minutes of scrambling about, stumbling over the odd root or two, and having mini heart attacks as the hill swooped down.

I went head first over a root, and rolling down a muddy bank, I slowed down at the end. I pushed my self up, and began brushing myself down, huffing. I decided I needed to find some shelter so I could do something. I swirled around and my eyes locked with another.

I screamed. The scream from my attempted mug came flooding back. I screamed a multiple of times, slammed my hands against my ears, until my ears got very compressed, and my eyesight was gone.

When I woke up, I was seated on an old worn couch. I gasped and shot upright. To my dismay I was pushed right back down again. I went to scream but a hand covered my mouth, throwing dirt in it. I raised my hand, as if to slap, and the hand lifted off.

Following natural instinct, I started wiping and spitting but within a minute a bottle of water was shoved in my hand. I thrust it down me. The mysterious hands lifted me up helping me recover.

I was suddenly very grateful for these man hands willing to help me and care for me.

This treatment hadn't been given to me since... Dad.

His hands supported my back and head. I calmed down and turned round to slowly glance at him.

His floppy, dirty blonde hair glistened. His melty, chocolate coloured eyes sparkled with worry and concern for me. For me. I think this is what you call love.

"So. Names Leo,"

" Autumn," I choked.

" Nice. Let's get you cleaned up yeah? Showers outside." he looked away smirking. I felt like he was playing some sort of joke on me. I moved one of the curtain aside and peeked out. Was he excepting me to wash in some infected, green, still water? It looked like gloop.

" ERM. Maybe I'll pass on that one...." I hissed. He chuckled which made every flicker of anger fly away. His tanned face turned serious as he led me into the bathroom, throwing every item in the room I had. I grinned. He sat down on the floor. " What are you doing?"

" I'm waiting for you to get ready," He said like I was thick.

" Well, its either get washed clothed or stink..." I teased, pushing him lightly out the door . I smiled and waved as I locked door.

I ran a bath planning to wash my clothes. I plugged my electrical items in the plug outside the door as my tablet and phone were both dead. I threw my whole lot of clothes in there, filtering my stuff. I chose a pair of jeggings, a multi coloured top and my boots. Only once they're clean, as they are baked with crusted mud.

After refreshing and listing in how I was going to survive I walked downstairs to the lure and bribe of the delicious scent of nutella and pancakes.

When I arrived downstairs with my bags upstairs and wet clothes drying, my mouth watered so badly you could create a waterfall made of Autumn Spit.  I realised this was the first time I had left my beloved, treasured bags out of sight.

It scared me slightly, but Leo made me feel safe and he did have a serious way to him as well as a cheeky.

" There you go. One plate of pancakes," his pearl teeth made me giggle. Something I haven't done ages. Since my dad picked me up and swirled me round in circles, or when he tickled me, or when he made an embrassing cheesy joke. Nevertheless, my dad was amazing, and my bond with him was like no other. I knew what Eve said was right. I just didn't want to admit it.

" Thanks," I said between mouthfuls. These pancakes were one of the few sensational I've ever tasted. Or maybe because I haven't eaten anything worthful in a good number of days.

With a satisfied belly, and everything refreshed and packed up and topped up I stood up to leave.

" Going somewhere?" Leo asked.

" Well. Yeah. I know its far away and all but I feel, deep down, its all I've got," and with that I ended up telling him the story. Or what I plan to be the story.

" Thing is. I'm coming with you," His mesmerising eyes had a glint of amusmant in them.

Was he seriously going to make a tiring journey for something that may be worthless?

Maybe this boy loved me back. There might be a spark somewhere. We don't want to admit it though.

His bags which also contained of three bags similar to mine, with products similar to mine had been arranged on his body and he locked the secret little house and slipped the keys in one of the thousands of pockets he has on him.

Well, this is going to be a pretty exciting trip. Next stop; the police station.
