"Well.. Let me clear.. It's an alcohol.. Tum ro rahi thi isliye diya.. Nind aayegi.. " He said.

She nodded.

"Ok.. So pehle tum try karo.. " He said in excitement.

She took a sip & made a face.

"Kya hai yeh..? " She said.

"Sura hai.. " He said & started laughing.

Nivi saw him laughing & smiled.

"Acchi hai.. Abhi mujhe jaroorat hai iski isliye piungi.. " She said.

"That's why I gave u.. " He said.

"Cheers.. " She said with a smile.

"Cheers.. " He cocked his eyebrows.

After drinking whole glass Her phone ranged. She saw Amit's name & started crying. Digvijay made a face.

"Kya ho gya..? " He asked.

She shook her head.

"Tumhe phone utha lena chahiye.. Amit ko chinta ho rahi hogi.. " He suddenly said.

She looked towards him..

"Aapko kaise pata chala..? " She asked.

"I can read ur mind.. " He whispered.

She made a face.

"Tumne subah Amit ko phone kiya tha yeh mujhe truecaller se pata chala.. Aur tumse jitni baat ki maine.. Usse mujhe laga hi ki tum Amit ki dost ho. " He said.

"Aisa kyu..? " She asked.

"Well.. Kuch bate aisi lagi mujhe.. Amit ki yaad aati hai tumse baat karte waqt.. " He said while pouring more drink in her glass.

"Pata nai kyu.. Mujhe baat nai karni usse.. Pata nai main kis baat se naraj hoon.. Par main naraj hoon.. " She cried.

He nodded.

"Main nai aana chahti thi yaha.. Mujhe trip pe jana tha.. Baba mujhe jabardasti le aaye.. " She complained

"Wait a second.. Agar tumhe shaadi nai karni hai toh abhi sidhe se bata do.. Hum kuch karenge.. Jabardasti ke rishte ka kya fayda..? " He said.

Nivi felt strange feeling rising in her stomach. She looked away.

"Oh come on.. " He made her look towards him. "Batana hai toh abhi batao.. Warna der ho jayegi.. "

"Main nai janti.. Mujhe nai pata.. " She answered.

"Koi reason hai mujhe reject karne ka.? " He asked.

She thought fr a minute & shook her head.

"No.. " She said.

"Phir..? Look tumhe dar lag raha hoga.. Nervous hogi tum.. I can understand.. But that dosen't mean ki tum shadi nai karogi.. " He said.

He moved close to her & took her hand.

"Listen Nivi.. Yeh decision tumhe lena hai.. Shadi tumhe karni hai.. Tumhare dad ko nai.. " He said.

She chuckled.

"Mujhe kal batana hai aajoba ko mera decision.. Isiliye pooch raha hoon.. " He said.

Nivi looked in his eyes.

"Mere baba ne mujhe meri marji poochi nai hai.. Agar tum haa kar doge toh mujhe shaadi karni hi padegi.. " She said.

"Isiliye main tumse pooch raha hoon.. Batao.. " He said.

She became quiet.

"So shld I take this silence as ur no..? " He asked.
