Annie:
They all arrive with bags in hand, ready to have the best night ever! We raid the kitchen for the few things that are in the pantry and take all the food up to my room to set up where we're sleeping. There's no basement here like all of our houses in Maryland had but my room is big enough for all six of us. JoJo suggested we play truth or dare so I agreed and we started the game
JoJo: Truth or Dare Connor?
Connor: Dare
JoJo: I dare you to....run outside and yell "I love unicorns"
Connor:Easy!!!
We ran outside and witnessed Connor declare his love for unicorns to my entire neighborhood. I doubled over laughing and so did everyone else. We all head to the backyard to continue our game.
Connor: Truth or Dare Kenzie?
Mackenzie:Truth
Connor: Do you like anyone and who?
Mackenzie: Really Connor?!
Jayden: Sooooo, who is it Kenz?
Hayden: You picked truth Macky
Mackenzie: Ugh!!Fine, I like....Johnny
JoJo: Awe
Jayden: Cute
Annie: Adorable! I ship it
Hayden: Ima tell Johnny
Mackenzie: No you're not, cause if you do I will kill you
Hayden: Okay! Okay! I won't tell him
Connor: Who's next?
Annie: Hayden, Truth or Dare?
Hayden: Dare
Annie: Okaaay, I dare you to jump in the pool
Hayden: Kay, let's go
We all walk out to the huge backyard and watch Hayden jump in the pool, I laugh at his fake scream as he jumps in. He climbs out of the pool and tries to hug me, I run away from him, not wanting to get wet. He catches up to me and gives me a soaking wet hug. I feel us start moving towards the pool and before I can stop it, I'm falling, holding onto Hayden for dear life.
We crash down into the pool, I hear everyone else jump in. Hayden and I emerge from the water, suddenly my eyes are locked on his and I'm trapped in a wave of emotion. All I can think in this moment is that this is perfect, this is how my life is meant to be for forever. That, that I might, possibly, maybe....love him.
