I sleep incomplete at night,
holding the few memories tight,
A lover's heartbreaking plight,
as the beloved isn't in sight,
Ardor intense, desiderate tight,
fervour red, love's desperate light,
It's just the sight, that's my might,
keeping things light, life in sight,
Helping bear the night,
the memories kept alight,
Alleviating the forsaken plight,
as the desire noose is pulled tight...
