He walked into the library feeling defeated. He had been turned down for every service learning option except the task of stacking and arranging books in his school's library.

Knowing he has to get at least 200 hours before his senior year, he unintentionally plodded towards the Librarian.

Not the usual 60 year old elderly woman at most schools, the Librarian intimidated him more than one were to be intimidated by a librarian. She was in her late 40's with dry blonde hair that was either bleached or a wig. Or both. Her look to him just s c r e a m e d 'Saggy' and he could tell there was something else in her water bottle, besides water. In fact, she reeked of it.

After about 20 seconds of the both of them silently judging one another, he quickly showed her his papers and asked where to go.

"I'll show you." A voice appeared just around a book shelf. It was a girl, a little younger than him he could see. From what he observed, she was petite but stood straight, wearing her hair in a low ponytail.

He looked around and responded with a simple okay and a nod. Walking over to her, she started giving instructions. Heck, she knew so much, he thought she was more of a librarian than the actual Librarian, he was sure of it even.

As she was on the opposite side of the table sorting out the returned library books, he attempted to make small talk. "So, my name's Axel by the way." He awkwardly pressed his lips into a straight line waiting for her to respond. "Uh so um, what's yours?" he asked after waiting around 10 seconds.

She looked up at him, shortly responded "Liesa." and went back to her work.

"Cool." He said, trying to sound as cool as he could. Rolling up the sleeves of his white hoodie, he started to arrange books.

Five minutes of complete silence led him to look up at her. Seeing she was completely focused on her task, he got back to work. He was almost done with the third stack when his phone began to ring, unleashing the sound of his ringtone.

*Washington hires Hamilton right on sight*

*But Hamilton still wants to fight, not write*

"Oh shoot sorry, lemme just-" Axel said rushing to open his bag.

*Now Hamilton's skill with the quill is undeniable*

Shoot, shoot, shoot, where is it? He thought, frantically searching his bag.

*But what do we have in common?*

He took his phone out of the side pocket of his, quickly trying to click the off button.

*We're reliable with the la-*

"Oops sorry about that," He apologized awkwardly grinning.

Liesa scoffed and smiled. "That's fine, I actually really like Hamilton".

"A lot?" Axel asked.

"A lot." Liesa gave into a cheeky smile.

"That's wonderful." Axel replied smiling back.

For the next few hours they both continued with their work listening with one earbud each, the Hamilton soundtrack Liesa put on.

When it was time to leave, they both packed everything away and walked towards door.

"So, same time tomorrow?" Axel asked.

"Yeah, for as long as you need." Liesa responded politely. "Well thank you for your service."

"Oh, well if it takes stacking books for us to meet, it will have been worth it." Axel shoot back smirking.

"Oh gosh, oh wow, yup I see what you did there, alright yeah I'm just gonna leave now." She said laughing.

And they both walked out of the library, waiting to meet again tomorrow.

"Lol yup I knew those two would get along." She said chuckling, taking another swig of....whatever was in her water bottle.
