As I watch my siblings hatch from their eggs, I wonder what will their personality be like?. Hopefully none of them will become a clichéd jack*ss like in those novels I used to read.
Very slowly, they opened their eyes, and I immediately notice something that is different between us. Unlike my utterly black eyes (which I found out after being thrown into a pool of water during 'training'.), my siblings have black and white eyes and they are also a tad bit smaller than me.
'Strange' I thought.
My mother was also looking at them and immediately picked them up and brought them towards where I am.
I ask mother "Why are their eyes grey?"
She answered that to us demonic dragons, eye color means what element we are most talented in.
Black eyed dragons are really rare and apparently grey means they have half talent for darkness and light.
'How in the hell did I get lucky with my element?' I thought.
