This particle is 'ce.' It is used for the genitive case. What is the genitive case?  It is sort of like the English «'s», but has more uses. It can mean possessive, it can turn nouns and verbs into adjectives, what something is made of, where something comes from, etc.

Basically, it links words together, in an intuitive. Here are examples:

     Possession:

« Ui = I/Me     ~     Aega = Garden »

Ui ce Aega

(I genitive garden)

"My Garden"

     Nouns -> Adjectives:

« Vicame = Rain (noun) ~ Tesuum = a day »

Vicame ce Tesuum

(rain genitive day)

"Rainy Day"

     Verbs -> Adjectives:

« Esson = (to) learn     ~     Toïm = human »

Esson ce Toïm

(learn genitive human)

"Learned Person"

     Showing what something is made out of:

« Elim = gold metal (noun)     ~     Amer = necklace »

Elim ce Amer

(goldMetal genitive necklace)

"Gold Necklace"

     Telling color:

« Elimsair = gold color (noun)     ~     Auluum = light »

Elimsair ce Auluum

(goldColor genetive light)

"Golden Light"

     Where something comes from:

« Essaër = The planet     ~     Toïm = Human »

Essaër ce Toïm

(planetEssaër genetive human)

"Earth Person"

~Of course Essaër isn't Earth, but it gets the idea across.~
