P.O.V. [Name]
I sighed as I looked at the several figures in front of me. All of team RWBY and team JNPR were gathered in Ozpins office. The nine of us sat waiting for Ozpin. I'm not sure exactly how I'm going to tell them all I know is that if I want to change the outcome that I saw I'm going to need help.
I then heard the door behind us opened and turned to see Ozpin looking at us. He smiled seeing us and began to walk towards us. "Glad to see that all of you are here," He said looking at us.
"Hey, headmaster mind if we ask what this is all about?" Yang asked looking at the male as he walked past us.
"Yeah we didn't do something wrong did we?" Ruby asked looking at the male as he walked past us.
"No, you nine are not in trouble I have called all of you here to discuss a very important matter," He said looking at us.
"What would that be?" Weiss asked looking at the male in front of her.
"All of you have heard of the Shadowlord correct?" He asked looking at us. They all nodded hearing this and then Ozpin looked at me.
"Good, now [Name] please explain," He said looking at me. When he said this the others looked at me and I felt myself freeze up. When I did I felt a hand touch mine and turned to see Pyrrha looking at me.
I then took a breath and sighed. "I'm not going to waste anyone's time. Simply put the Shadowlord is real," I said looking at them. When I said this they all looked at me in surprise.
"You're joking right?" Yang asked looking at me.
"I wish I was joking but he's real, and he's going to come here," I said looking at the several figures beside me.
"Then we have to stop him?" Ruby said looking at us.
"That's a lot easier said then done. Five years ago I went to the Shadow ruins with my friends. We like everyone else thought that the Shadowlord was nothing more than a bedtime story used to keep kids from misbehaving. If I knew back then what I know now I never would have let them step foot in those ruins," I said looking at them.
"What happened?" Ren asked looking at us.
"While we were exploring the ruins we found a secret passage that no one else had found. A earthquake had recently hit the village that we lived in and it must have caused one of the walls to collapse inside the cave. We went down the passage and we found something," I said looking at them.
"What was it?" Blake asked looking at me.
"At the time I wasn't to sure but thinking back now it might have been a shrine or maybe it was an alter of some type. When we entered the Shadowlord he tried to possess us. He tried to make each of us his vessel. The thing is . . . it worked. My body was able to withstand his magic," I said looking at them.
"What happened next?" Ren asked looking at me. I looked at him and saw that he looked as if he already knew the answer but just didn't want to believe it.
"He used me to kill my friends. I had known them for as long as I could remember. We were always together and we always had fun. I never would have hurt them," I said as I felt tears start to build up in my eyes remembering what had happened.
"Yet I was powerless against him. He controlled my body with such ease and had me kill each of them," I said as the memories of me killing them started to flash through my head.
"How'd you escape," Weiss said looking at me.
"I don't know at some point he must have had some trouble getting his magic into my body and lost control. I took the chance and ran out of the cave but by then it was to late. I had already killed my friends and the damage to my aura had already been done," I said looking at them.
I felt myself on the verge of tears until I felt a gentle embrace pull me close. I then looked up and saw Pyrrha looking at me. "It's okay, we won't let that happen again we'll be sure to stop him," She said looking at me.
"Yeah, there's no way we're going to let him take you," Ruby said looking at me.
"Yeah, I'd like to him try it," Yang said looking at me with a confident smile.
"This is what friends are for after all," Ren said looking at me. I smiled hearing this and looked at them.
"Thanks," I said looking at them. When I did they all smiled and looked at me.
"Yes, indeed, however the Shadowlord can not come here without a vessel. Once his magic signature gets a location his aura the Shadowlord will undoubtedly send Grimm to capture [Name]. Once they do I can only assume that they'll try and bring him back to the cave," Ozpin said looking at us. When he said this everyone nodded and looked at him.
"Indeed," I heard a new voice say and we all turned to see Glynda staring at us. "Most of the staff here at Beacon have already been informed of the situation and are prepared to take action at a moments notice," She said looking at us.
"However in addition to their support we would also like to have one of you with [Name] at all times. We also don't want all of you around him every second of the day otherwise things may start to look a bit suspicious," Ozpin said looking at us.
When he said this we all nodded and he smiled. "Very well then you are dismissed," He said looking at us. When he said this we all got up and began to walk away.
