Suicide

I was on my way to Colbys house to suprise him for our one year Sam had given me a key to get in as well.

"Thank you for choosing Blue Jay Airways we hope to see you again!" My plane landed and I hooked myself up for an uber  (a/n not hooked up with the uber xD).

I made small conversation with my driver about music and how I am a musician he said he'd check out my covers and my new EP fly high (a/n actually thats my Ep irl out soon) we exchanged numbers and said our goodbyes.

I left my bags in the lobby and headed up to Colbys apartment I unlocked it and to my suprise there was no Colby. I set my keys down and petted his dog Gizmo she seemed unsettled "What's wrong Giz?" I asked her and petted her again. Gizmos a 2 year old failed guard dog but she tells us when somethings wrong she's also a husky which makes her so friendly. She barked at me and ran to Colbys room I followed her and unlocked the door.

I walked over to his bed to see a note

Dear My Baby Girl (Y/N)
I'm sorry I'm not here to welcome you or kiss you I'm sorry I'm never going to be around anymore I'm sorry that your stuck with Sam for a while no offense Sammy! I'm also sorry that I had to leave I know we're young and that we have our whole lives to live still well you do anyway.
I wanted to spend my life with you but things with family and school and everything got to much baby I couldn't take it so I ended it I love you so much don't forget me baby! Love

I broke down screaming and crying with Gizmo comforting me but all of a sudden she ran to the closet which I followed and opened to see Colby hanging by his neck. Why Colby why

I took down his body and hugged him as I phoned 911

"911 what's your emergency?" I was shaking "hi um my boyfriend tried to hang himself and he's not responding" I cried "Ma'am stay calm paramedics are on their way" I hung up and hugged Colby until they arrived.

They took Colby away and declared him dead I was left lying on the floor in tears "(Y/N)? I found this by Gizmos basket for you" Sam handed my a little box wrapped up i unwrapped it and opened it up.

I slipped the ring on "even though your gone yes baby I will" I whispered Sam hugged me and Gizmo just lay on my lap making sure I was okay.
