M'kay, now for my rant. So I was in choir class today, and my teacher went off about someone requesting a song and she was really happy someone did. Want to know what song it was? Oh of course you do, it was Somebody To Love. So she played it, put the video up on the board, I started fangirling, blah blah, and she paused it and said; "So how many people would like to do this song?" I kid you not my hand and maybe two other went up. Like c'mon people! Great song! Great band! And we can't do it?! What's your problem?! I was SO sad because the choir NEVER does ANY old songs. She's the teacher she should have the final say. And I asked if we could just do it anyway and she said no and explained that she didn't want a choir who had no enthusiasm to ruin the song (I totally understood that, I can't blame her) but still I really wish we could do it.
