Chapter one. How it all begins

It all started April 6th 2001 when a beautiful little girl was born into this mean evil world. She had a loving mother and a loving father. She was the first child to make it past birth. You see her mom had gotten pregnant with another child. Unfortunately he passed away at birth. Her mom fell under deep depression. Cory (the babies dad) came to the rescue. 9 months later.... Out comes Madison Grace. A wonderful baby who brought her mom out of depression.

Her parents got married before she was born. Only a few months. And the only reason they got married was because her dad, Cory, said he was going to kill himself if Lynne ​did not marry him. So Lynne married him.
They had a baby boy sometime in August. He was very ill when he was born. Doctors said he might not ever be able to walk nor talk in his life. They also told them he would not be able to feed himself. And would have to live off of soft foods. That did not happen though. He was finally and to do all of those things by the age of 4.

Cory went to jail and the police showed up to Lynne's house and said,

"Get those babies and go. If we find you back here with the babies and that man is here we will have no choice but to take these babies and put them in foster care. You wouldn't like that now would you ma'am?"

Lynne scared that she might lose her children left. She went far and never showed up again.

6 months later Lynne got a letter in the mail it stated..

Dear Lynne Grace\ Longhorn,
Cory Grace as went to court to get joint custody of the children. Madison Grace and Luke Grace. He will be able to see them every other weekend. This will start June 17th 2002. Once the kids turn 12 years of age they will be able to say wether or not they wish to see there father, Cory Grace.

"Shit!!"
Yelled Lynne once she finishes reading the letter. "Why did he do this? Should I let him see his kids? Does he deserve it? Why would he take me to court over it? We might have been able to work it out." She was now talking to herself. She needed to let off some steam so she went for a run.

She ended up going to court. Cory won joint custody of the kids.

*** A few years later***

"Who's hungry?" Asked Cory.

"We are!" answered Madison and Luke with half smiles on there faces. You see Cory knows how to cook. But only when he actually tries. And you really never know when he is going to cook a good meal. But when he does the kids won't leave a single crumb on there plates. Luke is really picky he won't be a lot of things most kids is age would. He mainly only eats corn, bread, or chips\ crackers. Madison eats everything but a few things. She won't eat red meat. She clarifies herself pesco pollo vegetarian. She will eat chicken, fish, shrimp, turkey, and meat like that. She is not real big on chocolate. She likes it but won't eat it like little kids do.
