I found you sinking in the ocean.
You were so lost, so sad.
I pulled you free and promised to never put you back.
And I always hold those true.
As time goes on and on,
You and I slowly walk further from the water's edge.
And never once did we turn back.

Water's Edge
I found you sinking in the ocean.
You were so lost, so sad.
I pulled you free and promised to never put you back.
And I always hold those true.
As time goes on and on,
You and I slowly walk further from the water's edge.
And never once did we turn back.
