*September*

"What if I told you that every time I see you out on that track, I can't help but watch only you. I be trying to catch you when you be doing your morning runs." Another day and another nigga trying to get with me. I roll my eyes. "You and every nigga on campus. See you around." I walked away in a hurry to get to my next class. Psych was my last class of the day and then I was free for the weekend. My phone buzzed and I looked down to see Jaya calling me. "Girl, what?"

"Where is your pinhead ass at? I'm waiting outside of class."

"I'm entering the building now, chill. Some nigga was trying to waste my time." I said rolling my eyes as she laughed on the other end. "Girl I'm not about to play with you." I walked up the stairs and towards her. "Munchie! Oh my gosh I thought I was going to have to hear this lecture by myself," she hugged me as we both laugh. Class went by slowly and I couldn't help but check my phone periodically.

Irritant 🙄: What are you doing tonight?

I looked over to see Keith sitting at the far left of the class. He was acting as if he was really into the lecture so he didn't even look my way.

Me: Minding mines.

I texted Jaya so we wouldn't get in trouble for talking.

Me: You better get your friend.

Sis 👯😋: Who lol?

Me: Keith.

Sis 👯😋: Girl can't nobody stop him once he got his mind made up. He drools over your ass so you better get use to it.

I looked at her and sighed. She was right. Keith irritating ass stayed trying to hit my line and I just wanted to slap his light ass.

Sis 👯😋: Plus girl he fine. If I wasn't already with his friend, I would hol' at him.

I giggle silently because I already knew. He was fine though. That was one thing I couldn't lie about. Thing was he had every hoe on campus on his dick. Head of Alpha Phi Alpha and captain of the boys track team, I saw him everyday parading around campus. Class finally was over and Jaya and I got up to leave. "Hey (first initial). You dropped this," I turn around only to be greeted by a smiling Keith. "I'll wait for you outside but don't take too long." Jaya rushed out the door and I rolled my eyes. "What do you want Keith? I seriously don't have time for this today. That's not even my pen."

"You right. It's mine but we're throwing a party tonight and I was wondering," he paused giving me this bashful look that I could melt over. "I was wondering if you would come. I know Jaya coming because of Messiah but please come. I'd really appreciate it."

"Why do I have to come? Don't you have like a million girls that are going to be there?"

"So? I'm not asking about them. I'm asking about you." He leaned up against the wall and looked me up and down, gliding his tongue across his bottom grill. Damn! "I'll think about it Keith. I have a lot of homework to do."

"Gorgeous girl that keeps her head in the books, I like that but you have to live a little baby girl," he caressed my chin and I almost buckled. "Okay Keith. I have to go," I left and found Jaya in the courtyard with Messiah. "Damn Jaya! I thought you were waiting for me," I said as I walked up to the caking couple. "See I was but Messiah called me and I wasn't too far so."

"Stop it. Keith trying to get us to go to a party at their house tonight."

"Party? Messiah, you didn't tell me about no party." Jaya copt an attitude real quick. These two were going to be the death of me. I tuned out their bickering as I pulled out my phone once again. My notifications were popping but I wasn't down for the attention today. "Jaya let's go," I whined. She rolled her eyes at Messiah before we walked away. We went to my Jeep and headed to our house. Jaya and I decided that living on campus was overrated and as seniors we got our own place.

"Bitches dancin' naked in my livin' room
She straight out of college, just turned 22
Girl, get your money up, I ain't even mad at you
Got you all on me, makin' these niggas catchin' attitudes
Tell 'em don't start it, my niggas retarded
Fuck the judge and the sentence, huh, I got a good lawyer
I got a few girls on the way, baby girl, you ain't leavin'"

We song our hearts out as we danced around the house. After a movie and food, we decided to get dress. It had gotten late, going on 10pm.

"So you going or what? I really think you should." Jaya said as she went into her room. "Yes. I don't know what to wear though." I looked in my closet and just stood there. "Whatever it is, it better not be them tomboy outfits you be wearing." I laughed at her because I always went with comfort over sexy.

"Girl hush. I was thinking this," I grabbed the outfit out of the closet and went into her room. She looked up and smiled. "I guess my best friend do know how to dress for a party." I decided on a leather high waist mini skirt with a olive green halter thonged bodysuit. I so hated skirts simply because for the most part, they brought the wrong attention. I straightened my hair, making it fall perfectly below my shoulder blades.

I put coconut oil on my chocolate skin and decided to just throw on some lipgloss. I looked at myself in the mirror and couldn't help but love my reflection. "What shoes are you wearing," Jaya asked as she walked into my bathroom. I hadn't thought that far. She was wearing a black strapless bodycon dress with black stilettos. There were gold earrings dangling from her ear matching her necklace and her makeup was definitely beat. "Damn Jaya, I swear you already had a boyfriend. What are you trying to do? Snatch up another?" She giggled as she fixed her shoe. "Girl if I looked like you , I'd definitely snatch up husbands, grandpas, the whole nine," she told me as we both laughed. She looked at us through the mirror. "Girl have to show out every time we go out." That was her motto.

I went into my closet and grabbed my thigh high olive suede heeled boots. We left and headed towards the frat house. The house was straight live as we pulled up. It was only 11pm and girls were already outside on the porch throwing up. I shook my head as I parked and we got out. I was ready to see what this night was going to bring us.
