POV: Lord Rayne

       I was about to relax when all of a sudden my shadow returns wanting further instructions. You would think it would be easy since its an exact replica of myself while still not being myself, but regardless it was copying my exact thoughts and feelings for certain things. It suddenly told me about Reina's conflicting feelings about the whole plan and whether we should continue, but then again I sacrificed too many things for her sake no matter the thought that she loved my little brother. Then my twin dragons appeared and for some reason they powered down and created themselves human like bodies and their power source was masked although I didn't know why they did it until they told me a hard to believe story. "My Lord...it seems that we are close to getting discovered by the Noble Demons from within the Demon's Council, and Reina is being threatened by someone we least expected." With that I suddenly felt a bit more rushed with my plans, "well this is an upside to my long term plan of getting rid of my little brother," they watched me as I began to think of another way to put my plan in action. Now it was a race for the Demon Kings Crown, but there was also always a chance that my plan failed in case my father returned he would name my supposedly fallen angel little brother the heir to his throne. If only there was a way for me to break the banishment contract my father made me sign centuries ago and it got me thinking that knowing my father there was probably a loop hole in that famous contract he made. "You two find me the contract that my father tricked me into signing...and I want it now so get going," they began to run around in circles I guess it was going to be hard on my dragons if they don't know how to walk. I sighed and they turned to look at me before falling to the ground it made me laugh, "forget it...call Kale and tell him to search my father's study for the banishment contract." After that they decided to turn into dragons and they went up to what I was guessing was their watch tower since they went all the way up, and every time they did that I always thought it was beautiful. But regardless my smile immediately faded when I saw the last person I wanted to see in the world and who knew how he came into my realm without the great Demon Queens power. "Hello Prince Rayne...oh wait...Banished Prince Rayne, that is unless you decided to proclaim yourself King of the Nightmare Realm Lord...Rayne," I glared at Zedrick as he bowed before me so sarcastically. Ever since he was my fathers most trusted advisor, and now he managed to even get on Queen Viviana's side and try and manipulate her, I also have had a feeling that he has as much to do with my banishment as do the others in that a cursed Kingdom I hope to rule soon. "What do you want? And how did you enter my domain? You do know that entering here is treason and I could have you killed especially since I'm more powerful than you," with that Zedrick began to laugh. "I just came to see you as a mode of peace between us, and how I came here its a secret revealing that would be like revealing myself to who I truly am, and I doubt that you would try and kill me since Queen Viviana's grace is bestowed on me, plus I am returning the favor." I was so shocked and it was hard to believe but then again it was obvious that was what he was going for all along, and I didn't get what he meant with the self revealing. "So your goal all along was to manipulate Queen VIviana or is it because of the fact that there is a loop hole in the banishment contract that you don't want me to find so that I don't go back and kill you, and what favor is that." This time his laugh was beyond normal it was hard to describe but I never realized how crazy he was but here he was in my castle strolling about it like it was his own palace. "It is a nice realm for you Rayne although I was surprised you found your own little hole to bury the little amount of pride you had left, but despite all of that I appritiate you dropping in once in a while to check up on Reina." Zedrick was starting to get on my nerves not to mention  his snickering remarks made me boil with anger that soon I might lose my temper. "Well you wouldn't understand Zedrick till you realized it for yourself, but even so I hate to see my father's most trusted advisor out of a job or even worse dead, but it is not any of your concern who I go visit or are you jealous because I don't visit you at all." He chuckled a bit which made me notice that something was wrong not only was he able to get pass my barrier but he seemed to be too over confident especially when this was my Kingdom my terretory. "Oh Rayne...you will never understand the pain that your father felt as he made that contract that branded you with the mark of the Forsaken...and also what pleasure it brought to others." I glared at him and for some reason I knew that he was planning something big, if only I could get into his head and figure out what this lower level demon was planning that had him being so confident that he would leave without a scratch. He watched me for a long time as I sat on my throne looking down on him and then he smiled and looked at me almost pleased with himself, "you know Reina is a really beautiful demon...she has special talents if you know what I mean." I glared at him instantly I knew where this was headed, but why did he make it seem so obvious, "STAY AWAY FROM REINA!" With that I felt my castle walls rumble and then my two dragons came in they stood coiled around my throne baring their fangs at Zedrick while they looked to be hungry, "Rayne tell your over grown snakes to get away from my face." I didn't think in the least to let my dragons drop their guard I could sense that Zedrick was dangerous it was better to have the extra precaution just in case. He laughed again and started to step back, "it was nice seeing you and having a chat with you Rayne or should I say Lord Rayne, and also thanks for this," I looked at a paper that was in his hands that wasn't there earlier. I knew what that was, it was Reina's contract with that he would be abel to make her bow down to him and her loyalty was all his even though it was mine, "how did you get Reina's contract from my chambers when you have been here all this time." He laughed but also he had a look of disgust, "you should know but like I said before revealing that would be like revealing myself to my true self, and that will be better to be saved for last resort to method don't you think plus I'm just doing what you do." Zedrick began to laugh in a hysterical maniacal laughter that his body began to fade only that I doubt it was him it was probably an astro projection. But that was the least of my problems since he had Reina's contract and something could happen to Reina...maybe this is why she might have been changing her thoughts about the plan we were having. Regardless things will start changing until the very last moment...I will get my revenge and for that I don't need Reina so its best that they don't tie that contract to me, but at least she knows that she still has to make Lucifer crazy by looking like Vivian. I was lost in thought when I heard someone calling my name, I turned around only to see that it was Kale, "what's wrong my Lord...it seems that you saw a ghost." I looked at Kale wide eyed, it seems like I couldn't trust him either but I needed to try and keep a close ally within the Demons Palace, "oh...nothing happened just had a visit from an unlikely visitor is all Kale." He looked at me doubting me, "I see...Lord Rayne I managed to find what you asked me...it was in the book of Souls and the most interesting part was that the lock had been borken...but here is the missing page from the banishment contract its a piece of work." I looked at Kale he was right it was something this scripture that my father created held ancient words that I didn't know but I had two dragons that knew almost all the languages. So his remark made me chuckle a bit, "you have no idea but still if it gets me out of this tight hold chains and allows me to go back home instead of using dolls then I'm willing to do anything." Kale stared at me but didn't say anything and then he vanished like he always did, "Lord Rayne...Lord Rayne the Red Moon cries its tears of blood." I looked over towards my large wide opened window and sure enough the moon was dripping with red rain, but for some reason my dragons said it was crying tears of blood, "well this is a very interesting night.
