Sadie's POV |Sadie's room

"Sadie remember you have to plan your party!" My mom yelled.

"Who said I was going to have a party?" I asked. "Your mother did honey." My dad said chuckling.

Oh, okay then let's get started.

"Kyle get your butt over here I need you party planning skills!" I shouted sitting in my desk chair.

"You used to say I had party pooping skills not party planning skills sis." Kyle said walking in my room.

I rolled my eyes. "Just help me, this is a once in a life time favor." I said.

"Okay, okay, I was just playing with you." Kyle said laughing. He walked over to my desk and sat in the other chair.

"Okay, so what do you want for your party?"

(A/N Time skip!)

It's been hours since me and Kyle started planning. We were done.

"Okay, we have many things on this list, there is cake, cupcakes, candles, streamers. Balloons, table cloths, party hats, paper cups, paper plates, straws, napkins, forks and spoons. And way more." I said reading out what was on the list.

"Okay we need to go shopping then." Kyle said grumbling at the word shopping. "What is with you and shopping?" I asked.

"I don't like it. Last time you made me walk for hours and hours." Kyle mumbled.

I snickered.

"It's not funny."

"Sure it's not."

"It really is not Sadie."

I just smirked. "You are coming you know." I said with my smirk still on my face. "Fine, but you owe me. Deal?"

"Deal." I said smiling that Kyle agreed.

"When are we going?" I asked. Kyle shrugged. "When ever you want I guess." He replied. I nodded.

"You kiddos done?" Our dad asked peeking inside my room. We nodded yes. "Just so you kids know, your mother is almost done cooking, so get ready for a meal." Our dad added.

"Okay."

Then our dad left.

"So what now sis?"

I shrugged. "Help mom set the table...right?" I said.

"Uh huh, okay." Kyle said nodding to himself.

We got up and headed to the kitchen.

The kitchen was filled with a delicious scent, of course our mom's food.

"I missed this smell, the smell of yummy food." Kyle said smiling wide.

Our mom just laughed hearing Kyle's comment.

I walked to the place my mom would keep the plates spoons and forks. I grabbed a few plates and walked to the table we were going to eat at and dropped a plate.

I gasped.

"Oh my gosh!" I shouted. My mom came rushing in. "I'm so sorry mom!" I yelled one hand covering my mouth.

My mom sighed. "I hate to do this but you are grounded honey until tomorrow. Those are NEW plates!" My mom scolded.

I muttered some colorful words under my breath. I went up to my room. "Why me?!" I yelled at myself.
