I was in our room reading a book.I heard Autumn come in.She shut the door quietly and walked over to me.

"Honeybear?Mom and dad want you to come and eat some lunch."She said softly. She pressed her stomach at the end of the bed.She looked at me funny and she smiled."Honeybear, you can't stay in here forever.Come and eat!"She nudged me with her elbow.

Autumn was my twin sister. We didn't look much alike and our personalities weren't close to the same. She had dark brown wavy hair that went down to her shoulders.I loved to run my fingers through her hair.It was soft. She had pretty light brown eyes. She was one of the nicest girls I know. She was not afraid to be very outgoing.I wasn't brave like she was.

I had an unusual name.Honeybear.When I tell people my name they always ask why do have such a babyish name?I don't care what people think of my name.Personally I like it.Autumn hates it when people ask me that question. She's very protective of me.

I was very sensitive and shy.My eyes were a deep blue and brown.Autumn says whenever she looks into them she feels safe and sound.I don't quite know what she means by that though. My hair was a brown, longer then my sisters.I was very lean and small. For the age of fifteen I looked like I was thirteen. The thing that bugged me the most, was that I wasn't very tough.I get hurt easily.

"I know...It's just..I'm not that hungry."I said quietly.I didn't look at Autumn once.I kept reading the same line in my book.It was frustrating. Finally,I looked at her.

"You sick or somethin'?"She asked.Worry filled her eyes.I shook my head. Then my dad burst in the room.He looked madder then ever.

"Honeybear!Get your ass down stairs and eat!I'm sick of waiting for your ass!"He yelled.Anger was in his eyes.Tears filled my eyes.

"Dad!"Autumn yelled. She put her hand in mine for comfort."You know not to speak to her that way!"

Then the weirdest thing happened.A vine crept out of the window dad was by.It was a black and greenish red color. It had spikes on it.Bloody spikes. It wrapped around his legs and squeezed. We looked at him in horror as he screamed in pain. Then the vine retracted and left. His legs were bloody. He stood there in shock.

"What.The.Hell?!"He screamed. He glared at us then left.He slammed the door.A gush of wind came after it slammed shut.

"That was weird!Honeybear? Was it just me or did you see that to?"She asked.I looked at her.

"It wasn't just you."I said.I slowly got off the bed."I guess I'll go eat.I will give you my food when mom and dad aren't looking."I said.

She smiled and left the room.I followed her down the stairs to the kitchen.I sat down.Mac and cheese was sitting in a bowl.I gripped the fork next to it and began to eat.I chewed slowly and stared at the glass of water next to my bowl.I sighed.

Mom came in the room grinning ear to ear."So,I got the tests back and I'm....pregnant!"She squealed with excitement.I dropped my fork and it made a loud sound as it hit the floor. She looked at me no longer smiling.

I didn't want another sibling.I had my older brother and sister and that was enough. Then the dumb baby would have to share a room with us like our older brother did before he moved out.

I glared at my mom."Why would I want a stupid little brat in my life?!They'd ruin my life!"I screamed and slammed my fists down on the table. Then that strange vine came in again. This time squeezing my mom.She screamed in pain.My anger stopped and the vine left.It was me doing that stuff to my parents. It was my fault.

I  got up and ran to our bedroom, crying.I wiped the tears off my face as I ran.I slammed our bedroom door and jumped on my bed.I curled up and sobbed. Then I heard glass shatter and vines came in.Tons of them.I screamed as they wrapped around me.It didn't hurt though.I felt comfort from the things.I felt weird but happy.

Autumn burst in."Honeybear!"She screamed and ran to me.She tried to get the vines off of me.

"Autumn stop!"I calmly said. Then she ripped one apart and it grew black and died.I screamed in pain.I felt like a part of me was being ripped away."Stop!"Autumn stopped and looked at me.

"Why?!Doesn't it..."She trailed off.

"It doesn't hurt.I feels good.They won't hurt us.Only if I tell them to."I said.She looked at me funny.

"What?"She said,obviously confused.

"Trust me."I said as the vines left."I've figured out if the person that hurt me,my vines will attack them."

"Haha.Very funny."She rolled her eyes."Don't be stupid.."She said, putting her hands on her hips.

That night for dinner we had my favorite:Chicken and dumplings.Mom made some iced tea and chocolate cake.I wasn't sure if I'd get to the desert part.

I got up to get more chicken and dumplings.I was scooping them out when Autumn mouthed something to me.I shrugged it off and quickly got what I wanted then sat back down.I immediately started to eat.

"I can hear their thoughts!"Autumn whispered loudly.I gave her a confused look."Dad's thinking of putting us up for adoption to make room for the baby and so he doesn't have to deal with these weird things happening."

"Mom,Dad,we are going to bed. We're really tired."I did a fake yawn and ran upstairs.Autumn followed. We left them sitting there.

Autumn slammed the door.I sat on my bed.She sat next to me."Oh,Autumn!I don't want to go up for adoption cause I caused this!I didn't want to leave you!"I cried. She took her hand and intertwined it with mine. She looked into my tearful eyes.

"We can runaway!Together!Forever!Tonight were running away."She said bravely. She kept a calm attitude.

"B-but where?"I asked.

"Duh!To Micheal's!He's our older brother.He'll understand!"She said,running her fingers through my hair."Now,pack up.We're leaving at midnight!"She said.

She pulled me into a very warm hug and rocked back and forth. She kissed me on top of my head.My vines wrapped around us.It felt good. The vines went away when Autumn started packing. We didn't have much to pack, but she packed what we needed.

We haven't seen our brother for a year.So I was quite excited to see him.
