A New Job

A warm summer day is just about to start and a spiky blue head with pointy ears, is bouncing around in a small room.
"Bob! Today is my first day of teaching!  Oh, I'm soo excited!" A red haired boy with norman lashes and ears, is staring at a large tv and playing a game, just simply nods.
"You're teaching summer school for seven snot nose brats, I don't think that counts as being a teacher, Zeron." The blue hair boy pouts,
"That's not nice to say, Bob." Zeron crosses his arms and bat his feather lashes (three on each eye) that surround his orange eyes,
"Huh?" Bob the human replys, he's too focus on his game. Zeron just sighs and shakes his head,
"Nevermind, tell your parents that I'll be home later then normal, ok?" And with that Zeron left the small room.
The blue haired boy walks a couple houses down to a nice and cozy home. After ringing the doorbell a middle age human lady answered,
"Zeron! De is almost ready. You know how my son can be such a slow poke in the mornings." She giggled at her own comment. They walked into a country themed living room. A black haired head pops out from a hallway. His pointed pierced ears stick out a little bit. One feather lash on each eye that highlight his yellow eyes. De was wearing a black button up shirt and gray dress pants, but no shoes yet.
"Hey, shorty. Why aren't you dressed up?" His deep voice asked,
"Yo! I am dressed up!" The blue haired boy yelled,
"Ummm...no. You can't go teaching in a graphic T that has a cat in outer space on it, rip up jean shorts, black converse, and orange knee high socks." De just shooked his head and chuckled.
"Now, now boys! Zeron, what you are wearing is wonderful. De, you are not even wearing shoes, young man!" Zeron burst into laugher soon the other two joined in. After the laugher died down De's mother turned to look at her son and started to cry.
"Oh! My baby boy is all grown up! If your father was here he'll be so proud! Right now you look just like him. A strong alpha dragon humanoid!"
"Mom, it's half breed remember."
"I don't care what the other day! You are just as strong as any full blooded dragon and don't you forget it!" Her hands were on her hips and her finger was a wagging.
"Okay, thank you mom." De just rolled his eyes at his overly dramatic human mother.
"And you Zeron! I never knew your parents but any parent would be proud of you." She gave both boys a big hug.
"Thank you, Mrs. K. If it makes you feel better, old lady Helga told me she was proud of me yesterday."
"Umm...yeah.." with the Mrs. K let the not leave and start their day.
"Dude, you know my mom gets weirded out when you mention old lady Helga. She is still spooked out over the fact that a ghost raised you. Anyway why does she hate me so much?" The black haired boy asks,
"She was a great foster mom and she doesn't hate you she just doesn't like living people, but me of course." Once again this had De shaking his head.
For the rest of the walk was calm and uneventful. When they arrived at the small school they were greeted by their former teacher and fellow dragon humanoid, well he is a half breed like De.
"Hello my fellow dragon teachers!" His sharp smile made the other two smile sharply as well.
"Are you guys ready to teach ungrateful brats?" De chuckled and Zeron pouted,
"Mr.Blake, that's not nice!" Zeron scolded, but Mr.Blake just laughed,
"It was a joke Zeron, or should I said Mr.Gatlin." that made Zeron smile,
"Wait should we start to call you by your first name?" De asked,
"Sure!" De and Zeron looked at each other and smirked the same smirk. At the same time they both yelled in a funny voice,
"ELLIS!" And now their are both giggling look love sick school girls. Mr.Blake looks very unamused, which caused the new teachers to laugh even more.
"Okay, okay you two. Its time to get to your guys to your new class rooms now."
