there was one photo from season 6 that made it looked like she had a baby bump, although it could just be that the clothes don't fit right, this theory could very well be true. i mean, the writers have already ruined sansa's life so much, who's to say they won't screw her over again?
i'm not sure about this one, but i really hope it's not true.
