"hoseok wasn't talking to me all that much so hyungwon took me out for white day. at the end of the night hoseok overheard hyungwon i joking around and he got angry."

"what were you two joking about?"

"i called him my boyfriend."

"oh.. that's why."

"but why would he be upset over that? it's obvious he doesn't like me more than a friend eomma.."

"well i wouldn't say that.. it sounds to me like hoseok's jealous of your relationship with hyungwon."

"but wonie and i are just friends and i was trying to tell hoseok that but he wouldn't listen. he kept questioning me and it was hard for me not to get angry with him. and then he burst out, 'that doesn't mean you aren't mine!' he's so confusing.."

"i know my son can be confusing..", she frowned, "but did he at least explain himself?"

"no-.." aria paused.

"no?"

"well.. he tried.. he showed up at my door the next day with flowers. he wanted to explain himself but i left before he could.." aria hung her head low, "i got worked up and left him there.. now that i think about it i was bit harsh.."

hoseok's mom gently lifted her chin up, "don't beat yourself up aria. i think this was all just a big misunderstanding." she wiped a stray tear away from aria's cheek with her thumb, "it's the raging hormones", she chuckled, "hoseok usually shows affection through his actions instead of words. he's never been in a relationship before and most likely doesn't understand why he's feeling the way he is. he probably has a lot going through his mind right now." aria nodded her head in agreement.

"you two need to talk, no getting angry, no walking away.. hear each other out, listen to him. let him explain himself, it might take him awhile so don't rush it. i know my son and how he works."

aria bit her lip in order to hold back the tears, she hated fighting with hoseok. his mom smiled, "if i'm right about all this.. he definitely lied that day because he was afraid."

"afraid of what?"
"of losing you."

aria's brows knit together, "he was afraid of losing me so he lied about lending me his jacket?"

the woman giggled, "why don't you go find him and talk to him.. hm? i'm sure he'll explain." she cupped aria's cheek. aria smiled and held her hand, "aw but i just got here, i've missed you."

"believe me i've missed you too.. but i want you to come back with hoseok by your side." she smiled, "i can't have you two fighting! that simply won't due." she pinched ari's cheek.

"don't worry eomma, i'll fix this."

aria let herself into the boys apartment. luckily 5 out of the 7 of them forget to lock the front door. she ran straight for hoseok's room. she gave the door a quick knock before letting herself in. no hoseok. meanwhile the boys in the living room were shouting out at her.

she walked over to the living room, there sat hyungwon, jooheon, minhyuk, kihyun and changkyun.

"um hello to you too??" kihyun shouted.
"ari." hyungwon smiled.
"there's a thing called a doorbell." joo added, "you gave me a fuckin' heart attack."
"yeah! you made me pee myself!" minhyuk shouted.
