Cinder woke up in a cold sweat, when she forgot to bathe in the creek the night before. The creek was a crystal clear beauty, that all the towns people secretly bathed in. It was only open at night, because they had to hide it from Mayor Vlood. He ordered us to take a bath in the royal bathing room in the middle of the town, because it had special water in it. Cinders parents told her to never bathe in there, but this time she had to. Cinder lit a lantern, then left a note for Celine to tell her where she would be. Celine's bath night was tonight, so she didn't have to get up early. It was so dark outside that the lantern barely lit up the path, but somehow Cinder made it to the bathing room. She stripped down naked, and sat in the tub. She closed her eyes, as the water filled up to her neck. Without looking, she washed her hair and her body. She was too tired to open her eyes, so she didn't until she heard footsteps. She opened her eyes and looked at the water. "Ahhhhhhhh" Cinder screamed as she fainted in the tub. For this was no water that she bathed in, it was blood.
